Watan Pizza and Grill

A friend of mines said to try their wings so I tried them. Order BBQ wings and I do enjoy the size, love the crunch and batter and how they fry them. But the BBQ was too sweet for my liking. I prefer bold bbq sauce not sweet bbq but that’s just me. I still enjoyed it and will come back to try their other menu. I gave it a 5/5 because of how clean the place is, quality of food and flavor plus friendly service. Next time I will try their pizza too but loved the wings overall!

Normally come here to get Pizza - usually order the meat pizza. It’s amazing. This time tried the steak pizza - it was def a different flavour so a good experience : I would prefer to stick to my all meat one. I also do order a regular poutine. Can confirm it is always fresh. Loaded with gravy and cheese. The gravy is Not overly salty as most poutine’s are so worth the buy. The prices here are pretty reasonable. Food is good. Location is fairly clean. Although this location has a lot of space for seating there is not really a lot of seating available.

I ate before taking a picture but, it was so good. I've ordered a few times before leaving a review and I love their pizza and wings, they also have amazing deals. They give you enough toppings, follow instructions and on time with delivery. Definitely my go to place for pizza and wings and other things they offer!

Pure deceit!!! Menu item for 7 shrimps showed pretty good sized shrimps in photographs. Actual size was the size of flat lollipops!!! And they were TASTELESS. Menu showed $14.99. They charged $15.99. I am all in for supporting small businesses, but guys, be honest in your transactions!!!

First time trying there PIZZA. Tried Hot deal large pizza with wings from here and it was very tasty.Tomato sauce wasn't much in pizza which is good and wings were cooked well. Will definitely check out other items. Masood on the counter is best person.

Honestly, this place is absolutely awful now. A year or two ago the food was amazing- I used to order the Philly cheesesteak and poutine and it was fantastic. The sandwiches that I get nowadays are terrible, they overload my sandwich with vegetables with little to NO meat. Don't believe me? I removed all the meat and left the sandwich as is. It looks like a fully loaded sandwich as if it had tons of meat in it but those are all onions and peppers. Oh, and the poutine? The poutine is served to me with ice cold gravy and just a sprinkle of cheese on top. The cashiers are often little kids constantly making mistakes on the orders, giving you entirely different items if you don't double check. And when you call back they give you attitude. Seriously, the owner needs to get a hand on the staff in the kitchen but at this point in seems like he doesn't care and is just concerned about money. I've avoided writing a review for a long time now because I genuinely liked the place but I'm sick and tired of hoping for an improvement in quality which is clearly farfetched. Don't go here. The food actually SUCKS.

Food quality has gone down and prices have gone up, business shouldn’t mean sacrificing quality of the food. Edit: Visited after the renovation and the place looks much nicer from inside, also there’s more seating space now and they added ice cream and kulfi now which is great. I’m not sure but I think ownership has changed because there were all-new employees and food quality was better than before. However, still use frozen, store bought gyros instead of making it themselves but it tasted good nonetheless.

Horrible store with horrible prices. They leave your order to sit for forever and hand it over once it’s cold. My burger buns were fully hard like they used leftovers from yesterday. Do anything but not go here. Chicken over fries for $22 that fills you up less then a lazeez shawarma. Lol and they call it business. there blatantly ripping you off.

I just received 2 medium chicken over fries and they were both undercooked. Some of the fries was hard and some of the chicken wasn’t fully cooked + the portion of the chicken is significantly less than it used to be so I won’t be ordering from here anymore. 2 bad incidents on the row!

4/5 for Taste and Price but 5/5 for the Customer Service.. been visiting this place for the last few weeks and the customer service is amazing, they way the cashiers specially the Indian guy greet the way they talk, make me feel special..this is the only reason I go back to this place almost daily..keep up the good work..
