Washworld Car Wash - Richmond

Wouldn’t give a star if google allows zero star for this review. A $14 car wash is not even wash my windshield clean. Multiple dirty water drops that can be easily cleaned by a simple swipe with towel. So disappointed and super unworthy. Don’t wast your money here!

Complete waste of time. Paid for their $17 "better" touchless wash which didn't clean my car at all, not even the rear window. Just refer to my picture to see what a pointless job was done. Just circles drawn on the back of my car, if I wanted that kind of job I would've just parked it by a pre-school and let toddlers run their fingers over the back of my car. Worst part is they're not even cheap, the $8 wash at Shine is much better. Suspect they bought the positive reviews by offering a free car wash.

Total scam! After paying $15 for the car wash, the machine just keep saying “please wait until the wash bay is empty” while there is no car in the car wash at all! Tried to contact them via phone, no one picks up the call!

After paying $18 nothing happened. No attendant on site. Tried to call the number but no one answered. Don’t even try this car wash.

Cleans quite well there best option isn’t all that good for touch-less, better to use the brushs if you want the best bang for your buck , things they can improve on is overall garbage left out by customers who use it late at night and just dump there garbage on the ground… infront of the wash machine in general….

"better" car wash for 18$....did not get my car clean side panels and bumper/tailgate still dirty, I had to go around afterwards and wipe off all the excess soap it failed to rinse off.... hoping it rains tonight as mother nature would do a better job of getting the soap residue off my car than this garbage "car wash".

Don’t waste your time going here. I took my car there and hardly removed anything. Windshield was still dirty and most of the car still was dirty with bird droppings still very visible. The payment machine didn’t even print a receipt. Wish I could give 0 star rating.

The process of paying for car washing and the process of car washing is relatively simple and fast. I just pay $18 for washing car today, so there was some dirt left on the back of the car, but the windows and overall car wash levels were good.

One machine was broken. The wait for 6 cars for about 30 minutes. My tesla had a glass roof, you can tell they cheap out on the soap up top!
