It's sad that simple transactions cannot be made when their computer system is not functioning. When you drive from the other side of the county only to find out that you can't make a $5 purchase, it would seem that my information could be hand written and entered at a later time? And people wonder why programs aren't being utilized. We think that technology is better but quite often it is unnecessarily the demise of a good idea.
I’ve had to come here two times to ask about food licensing. Both times have been negative experiences. The receptionists did not supply answers but instead just repeated to look on the website. They were annoyed with me asking any questions and were more worried about me ringing the bell than answering any of my questions. Very unprofessional and rude.
