Wash n' Shop

I use the wash and fold services every week. The staff is always so helpful and always have my laundry the same day when I ask. I am so grateful for their hard work and great customer service. Was from Olympia and they can't touch what the staff do here. Thank you!

Very clean and quiet. The dryers could use a lil TLC, slow to dry even with small loads. Other than that a great place to do laundry.

Yes it's always busy but what can you expect with 500+ people a day?! Walt and chaunte are always busy and bust their butts to make sure that place is maintained. It's because of them that I will be returning there. To the owner... thank you for having good employees

Almost every washer is out of order. There is blue tape on the coin slots. Out of 16 top leaders I found 2 that were not broken down. Very scary the bathroom door had no out of order sign on it. I went in fine but wad locked in for almot 6 mins.!! I tried calling the workers out loud knocking then yelling. No one came! I even found the phone number on my cell phobe and called tohave them let me out. Nobody answered. FFinally a customer heard me pounding and got the worket to let me out. Dhe said she had it locked. Thete wad no lock or sign posting do not use you will necome trapped"

I use the wash service and it is always professional and very well done. Completed within 24 hours, folded and organized. Very good service, one if the best I have used including NYC!
