My two adult daughters are the experts in this food category. All agreed excellent taste and portion sizes. 4 adults and two children for $140 before tips including a couple house wines and mocktails- great for post beach with young children.
Food was ok, not that great. We went by the google reviews and online menu. It seemed promising. Disappointment was when we got the menu in the restaurant. The actual in store menu was priced different than the online menu. We asked the owner why is that. The reason was upsetting. Owner responded saying that the menus are different because that will get them more clients and that they are busy during summer so they don’t have time to update the website. It was a stupid reasoning. Kashmiri nadru was good starter. Food quantity is very small and priced high. Mango lassi was good. Staff were polite. Seemed like family business with one-two staff Washrooms were clean Not eager to visit again
Nice authentic restaurant in the area. Pleasant service. Very good food if you are craving something authentic and a food to warm you up garlic naan is absolutely a must try! Vegetarian options: Excellent choice of vegetarian dishes
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in wasaga. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Wasaga. Garlic Naan is a must try. Highly recommend!
Wow ! This place is yum yum yum ! Flavors are so good ! Best Indian food I had in a while. Better than so many Downtown Toronto Indian restaurants. Loved it !!Food: 5/5
A very fine, quite spacious place, well organized. Staff is very respectful and patient. Food is delicious, Malabar Veggie Curry is the fabulous of all. Really enjoyed the food on my short visit to Wasaga Beach. Highly recommended.
Excellent food! We were four people visiting the Blue Mountain and this is the nearest Dine-In Indian restaurant we could find at the Wasaga beach, about 20 minutes drive from Blue Mountain Village. We were impressed on the very first gesture when they played Tamil songs for us in the hotel as we started glancing through the menu. The server was very courteous and patient. Unlike other servers who dump all the dishes ordered on our table, she asked if she can bring the next item when we were about to be done with our starters, which was so pleasing. Apologies for forgetting her name. The taste of each item served right from Onion Bhajis to Veggie Biriyani to Tandoori to Naans and gravies, was awesome. We were lucky to taste all these items prepared by the Chef and the Owner of the restaurant Mr.Karthik! A must visit hotel and most recommended.
I had the pleasure of lunch at this restaurant today and I am so happy to report that the service was excellent! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. She was quick to fill any empty glasses and check in on us throughout the time. The food was also delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and top-notch service.
First time here, lamb saag is delicious! Portions are generous so there will definitely be leftovers. Server was careful to check about dietary restrictions. Another review from a regular customer mentioned inconsistent spice levels. I ordered medium and found the first few bites a little spicy but since I normally order hot it was fine.
I've read many reviews for this spot, and I see what it gets rave reviews. It is family run/staffed and it shows in the service and quality of the food. My wife has her goto dishes, but I've tried something different each time and I've not been disappointed once. Their naan, roti, and other bread are AMAZING! Worth the visit just for the "homemade" bread. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetation dishes, as expected at an Indian restaurant. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options with very understanding owners. nut friendly, too.
