Great clinic and staff who really care about animals. Dr. Spring saw my elderly cat who was having some kidney complications and helped us keep him more comfortable giving him some quality of life back. You can really tell how much she actually cares about the animals, and so could my cat because when I brought him back for a recheck he wasn’t spicy at all with her, he just let her do her thing. Thank you Dr. Spring for giving us more time with our beloved family member!
They truly are pet angels! You overwhelmingly feel the care and concern for your furry heart, but they also care about you! I was in the middle of nowhere when my girl got very sick and they not only helped me not go crazy feeling so helpless, but they got me in the very next morning so I didnt have to transport her more than was already to minimize her stress. People and places like this are RARE, truly thank you ALL for being there! Im beyond grateful!!!

From the friendly and prompt service of the administrative staff to the comprehensive care of the techs and vets, we have always felt that our pups are in the best of hands. They provide thorough explanations of their assessments and treatment plans, and welcome questions and follow-up calls to ensure our minds are at ease. Whether it’s a routine visit or an urgent fit-in, we always know we can count on the team to do the best for our pups. It is so reassuring to be cared for by a team that treats our dogs like their own!
I chose to move my pets one dog and one cat over to Wasaga Beach Vet Clinic after having several issues with my previous vet. From the very first intake call to our first appointments, I was blown away by the level of professionalism, communication and attention to detail. Every single person that works there seemed to genuinely care about my pets. I was asked quite a few detailed questions that I was not immediately prepared to answer for example exactly what kind and measurements of dry and canned foods they ate, along with treats. This is something that my previous vet never asked me about, which I now find quite alarming after Dr. Autumn warned me of the dangers of feeding dogs grain free food something I have been doing for FOUR years, not knowing the risks! I had brought my dog into my previous vet a few times with issues and was told that she was just fine. Dr. Autumn conducted some blood work and found a few levels that were not within range and we are now conducting some follow up testing, which I sincerely appreciate. Dr. Autumn also called me personally a few days after the bloodwork came in to discuss her insight and suggested next steps in detail. I found that with my previous vet, I was always the one having to follow up and chase down answers, so the professionalism and outstanding communication I am receiving from Wasaga Beach Vet Clinic is a refreshing change. If you are looking for a place that takes your pet’s health seriously and sincerely cares, I would highly recommend this amazing place, doctors and staff.
I find all of the staff extremely kind and compassionate. I cannot put into words how thankful I am to Dr Holly Spring for how she dealt with my pet’s end of life, so incredibly kind, caring and compassionate to both of us!! Highly recommend this clinic.
Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff. They will take their time with you to discuss all treatment options. They even sent us a photo of our cat in the mail of a photo they took his first visit. Very lovely! Highly recommend

Wasaga Beach Vet Clinic has done all the care from my 2 beagles - shots, neutering & regular checks ups... My dogs can be difficult to say the least. The staff are so patient, and helpful.
Words cannot describe the knowledge, professionalism and personal care that comes from every member of Wasaga Breach Veterinary Clinic. From their extremely welcoming and friendly staff to Dr. Lindsay, Dr. Spring and Dr. Kelly taking the extra measures to making sure that every interaction I have with their clinic makes me know my dogs are in the best of hands. Everyone in the clinic takes the time to explain any process, answer any questions and takes the extra moment to go over and above every chance they can. I’ve never felt less like a number or more like family member. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to receive the comfort and care I have been provided for years.
