I'm very happy with their service. I just received my Never Summer board en Burton Cartel bindings from Düsseldorf to The Netherlands. I've had doubts about the delivery after reading these reviews, but am pleasantly surprised. I order the snowboard Saturday, it was packed and shipped Monday, I got a track and trace link and the order arrived on Wednesday. Also had contact with customer service to get an indication of delivery time, and they helped me very good. Overall, a great experience. Thanks guys.
I have mixed feelings regarding my last order. The price and disponibilty was good and the order has been sent quite quickly. But... - I ve never received neither confirmation of order email, nor expedition email . - I ve sent an email to the customer service in order to get more information, I ve never received any reply. - My phone number was missing on the shipping label so the delivery man couldn't join me on the phone in case of need However I ve well received my parcel without any trouble. I'm not sure if I will order again on this website.

Paid €15 delivery to Portugal, took 9 days to get here, didn't even get delivered to my door, had to go to the parcel shop and pick it up, wasn't even told my parcel was in Portugal I had to look for it on the GLS site. Not happy at all.
The delivery time says 1-3 days. We passed this already. And what happened was just that a sticker was probably sticked to the parcel and the information passed to the shipping company. The parcel itself however is still not moving from Warehouse One I live in Germany and the delivery is unfortunately super slow for something that is on stock. People there seem to be nice and polite, but the order took forever to be sent to be. And now in the hands of the shipping company it is taking also quite a while what isn’t Warehouse One‘s fault of course. However, for something that is in stock, I hoped for a faster shipping.
Excellent service, I bought a snowboard on Monday and arrived home in Spain on Thursday morning, without a doubt one of the best websites to buy equipment, you can see that it is a serious company unlike others on the market.
