I rarely do Five But Warehouse Barbecue Company and Brewhouse is top tier! I travel frequently and sample BBQ all over the country. WBC ranks right up there with best I’ve tried. I stopped for lunch while driving through on a work trip. I am already planning a return trip so I can try more of the menu. Food was excellent and the staff was great. *Actual conversation, as they answered my questions about the restaurant and their recommended menu items. Looking forward to my next visit.
I guess I've gotten old enough for things to be too loud. This is a well setup dining area except for the concrete and tin. Between the music and the other diners, I couldn't hear the lady behind the register or the lady that brought our food. I'm also not a fan of the giant menu behind the counter ordering style some places, like this one, have. I'm sure it cuts down on cost and staff but I'd rather have a menu in my hands to look at while sitting at a table. The lady running the register wasn't friendly or unfriendly but almost seemed irritated we were there. The lady that brought the food was very nice and the food was excellent. The fresh slice's of jalapenos on the sandwich added a nice crunch. I really enjoyed the names for the different items as well. I would like to try some other things but it is a little expensive when $11.00 gets a sandwich but no sides or drink. I'll have to try and catch a special.
Nice BBQ , both pork and chicken were great. Had the chips and baked beans as sides. Nice to see extra attention was paid to the baked beans .
You might want a knife to butter your bread; you sure don’t need it for the incredibly tender meats. The two meat platter with burnt ends and brisket was $18. The brisket could hardly be picked up with the plastic fork - it just fell apart. The burnt ends were cut in half with the same plastic fork. Several sauces to try, but the meats we so flavorful they aren’t needed. The sides were ok; about average.
I finally got to Warehouse Barbecue Company after hearing from, basically everyone, that it was the best. I'm really glad we gave it a try! Food was really good. I had the Barbecueban and wife got the What The Cluck wrap. Both were fantastic! The problem I often have with BBQ joints is that the meats often get dry and tough as they are smoked early and sit for a while. But all the meat was tender, juicy, and delicious. My only issue was that I really didn't taste much smoky flavor. But that was one of my wife's favorite things about her wrap. I like that there are traditional bbq offerings along with some interesting reimagined takes on the "norm." Got a decent beer that was on tap and my wife got a pineapple hard cider that was really tasty and different. Personally I'd like to see at least one or two darker choices such as a good porter or stout available. We're definitely looking forward to trying more from the interesting menu.
Our firm had our end of tax season dinner at Warehouse, and have catered Warehouse numerous times. Both the food and service has always been high quality and top notch without exception. I look forward to many future visits!
Have ate at warehouse several times. Usually really good. I ordered the sliced turkey sandwich with a side of macaroni and cheese. No turkey available at 5 pm so I asked for the pulled chicken that was really dry and large chunks on a dry bun. Never received the Mac and cheese and they said I didn't order it and being I never received a receipt no proof I paid for it. Get your receipt when ordering.
I have eaten here several times. The food is good and they care about animals. They have donated to the Heartland humane society not once but many times. I love my sauces, They have several types to choose from. Several of them are very good! The apple habanero is my favorite and not as hot as it sounds. This isn't a place to have a meeting, it's loud and hard to communicate. The acoustics are very bad, not just once but each time I go. I have tried to have two business meetings here over lunch time. Parking: Great off road parking.
Definitely a different experience ordering before you sit, and throwing your own food and placing your trays away yourself. Best sweet tea I’ve had so far in town!!! Super friendly staff, clean restroom and great food. Definitely will be going back!
Not your southern BBQ, but it was super tasty. The house bbq sauce is what made it! We loved the apple habenero. Not a restaurant with waiters, so as visitors to the area, we were a little confused about ordering and if we were cleaning up or if they had bussers. But over all, it was a great dinner stop. Quick service made it easy for our dog to wait in the car.
