I've heard that Ward's had provided some good service to my parents in the past, but I've been trying to call them to work on my own house for two weeks and my calls have yet to be answered. I'm very unimpressed with their inability to answer the phone. What if I had hired them, had a question or concern regarding ongoing or completed work in my home, and couldn't get in touch? I take this as a warning sign. Thanks, Ward's, for turning me away in time to remain unharmed by your poor customer service.
