I go there every year. They changed some of the exhibits. A good place for some souvenirs and to learn about Ottumwa history. Cost 5 dollars for admission.

Wonderful place to take your family to learn about our city and county.
Hours of operation are from Noon till 4pm. But my family and I arrived at 1230 an not open on 9/8/18. My 2 kids 6 & 8 very disappointed that isn’t open!
Staff here is amazing i will be returning again :-
