Story

Wampum Jewelry is a registered trademark of Yankee Crafters, Inc. The jewelry is handcrafted by the Rounseville family. The business has been in operation since 1961--celebrating its 50th year in 2011. Wampum jewelry is crafted out of quahog shells (purple and white hard shell clam shells) into various shapes: crosses, whales, fish, triangles, ovals, etc. And, available in costume jewelry settings.

Came here with a group; everyone bought something as they had an okay selection of gifts if you’re into that sort of thing! I bought a ring, didn’t even put it on my finger, and the stone fell out when I took it out of the box. The woman at the counter tried to find someone who could fix it, and he wasn’t around. So I suggested getting another ring of equal value and then she said “your finger is too wide so I don’t think it’ll work out” and I explained I never put it on my finger. And continued to tell me I couldn’t get another one. So I asked for a refund. And she was completely dismissive and disrespectful and wouldn’t even look at me during the process. I have two stars because the other staff were very kind.
If you’re looking for a nice selection of ScandinavianFinland & Denmark are represented as well gifts and food products this is a fabulous stop. These sweet independent shops are getting harder to find, so make sure to stop and buy a few things, we need to keep these stores going!

Outstanding, a shop like no other! Owner's have a respect and gratitude for their customers that is nearly non-existant in today's world. Original, hand made, one of a kind jewelry by Allen Roundsville who is a true artist and master craftsman! Highly recommend visiting this shoppe for the most unique products on Cape cod and beyond.
The owner was delightful and provided great customer service. Her store was wonderful and had a wide selection of items, I got a wampum necklace which was beautiful and handcrafted by the owner her self. The prices were great as well, a must see store when visiting Cape Cod.
