I had a great experience with Walsh Restoration. Our property was affected by a forest fire and Walsh Restoration was quick to help. They really helped alleviate the stress we were experiencing after the fire. As soon as the evacuation notice was lifted they were quick to come down and assess the damage and started with the restoration process immediately after the insurance company approved the scope of work. Dealing with the insurance company is very long and drawn out, having Walsh restoration explaining the process along the way was very helpful. I appreciated how they constantly updated me on the next steps and addressed any concerns I had. I would highly recommend this company!

Our Whistler Gondola Village condo unit recently flooded. Unfortunately a whole section of the torch on roofing decided it had had enough and gave up holding rainwater and melting snow out of the interior of the unit resulting in a near catastrophic flood. The place looked hopeless. Being new to Whistler at the time our help and hope seemed to be the phone book. We called Walsh Restoration. We couldn’t have made a better decision. To complete the whole restoration required understanding and patience on our part and professional work in a timely manner of the Walsh crew. They were, if I may go as far as to say, impeccable. We might have been just lucky enough to get the best service and trades people there is, and this is our experience with Walsh Restoration. That includes every member of the team beginning with Mike the owner, James the Project Manager and every other employee of Walsh Restoration. I also feel, that being in the construction business for most of my life, qualifies me to have a professional opinion of who I would recommend for restoration. I wasn't home when I got the call from my daughter about our washer flooding. I called Walsh and they were at my home within minutes, I really can't say how much I appreciate how quick they were. they accessed, took notes and kept me updated over the weekend as my home dried out. They came out on Monday to re-access and answered my many questions very patiently. I'm super impressed, very thankful and highly reocmmend. Thank you guys for really helping somone out in a very tough time. You honestly made it so much better. Thank you!!!

Very prompt and courteous service. We had two quotes and Walsh came in with a better price. The service guys answered all our questions and helped understand what we needed. Highly recommend them.

This company has been 'restoring' my unit for three months. Work that could have taken 1 week has still not been completed and my unit is a complete disaster - unprofessional and I'm not sure how they manage to stay in business?

This company has problems with the day to day operations in the community which are clearly visible and management is fully aware. Never use this company. This company has created problems in the past.

Do not use this company for anything. Make sure to look for other companies to use instead.
