For over 100 years, faith and the city have connected at Walmer. God loves Toronto. As Christ-followers, we are committed to loving God and, therefore, to loving Toronto.

We express these commitments in many ways:

Mission

Downtown Toronto is our primary mission. We are serious about serving here in a meaningful and relevant way. Our core purpose and values give us the framework out of which we serve.

Core purpose:
We are called to be a missional congregation, living out God’s kingdom in a community of grace, righteousness and reconciliation in downtown Toronto.

Core values:
Submission. Jesus Christ guides us through prayer, Scripture, and the counsel of His people.
Accountability. At all times, we speak the truth in love.
Diversity. God loves us all. In the same way, we believe that our love for Him can be expressed in many different ways.
Creativity. God created us. We live and serve creatively.
Stewardship. All gifts are needed to build up God’s people and to serve His kingdom.
