I had a good experience shopping at Walmart on McPhillips. The store is well-organized, and the staff is helpful. Prices are competitive, and the selection of products is wide. Sometimes it can get busy, but overall, it’s a convenient place for all my shopping needs.
Yesterday, We went to walmart to buy an electric item.When we asked from an employee to assist us to find that particular item in the store. He started smiling in a weired way and went to other team members as they were doing gossips already.They all were Indians and I am also Indian and I understood their talk about our question about that item.I felt too bad on their behaviour. It was not a matter for laughing. Please focus more on good customer service.nThanks
Lots of selection, but the bathrooms were pretty scary. So gross.nIt looks ages for someone to assist me as well. Someone had to be called twice over the intercom and then finally, I just started walking in circles to find someone. I found a group of 3 staff members talking, and I was able to get one of them to help me.
There is one more minute to close store, I want to buy a milk I asked if I could leave in a normal cultural way, the Indian woman said no, although the store was not yet closed, so I left anyway, she started yelling at me! I kept walking, two Inadian started running after me and shouting very aggressively and if I hadn't stopped, I'm sure they would have taken me by the hands and dragged me out of the store! Very terrible attitude towards customers!
I come here a lot with my family here sometimes to buy lunch. Really good fruit and checkout candy. Really nice cashiers and the meat section has delicious meat such as ground beef, bacon, steak, and other tasty meats. I sure like the Pokemon cards they sell. Can't believe they have a McDonald's inside.
