So going in the store and I see a 1.5L armor all vaccum. I scanned it and showed 0.02$. So I grab it once I got to the cash they scanned it and showed 0.02$ the cashier calls a supervisor and he comes to say it's recalled and can't sell it.. why is it on the shelf if it's recalled? They can't answer that only say they dint get to it yet to remove it. Then they said you think we would sell it for that price? I said yeah it can be a price error. I asked so if corperate calls saying there's a recall on lettuce you gonna keep it there till end of day? They couldn't answer that. I asked for a manager and he or she never came. I asked for the manager name they refused to give it. That store always uses excuses for their mistakes. They never cared about their customers what so ever
Be careful when using the pick-up option. This was the corn I received in my order today
Good prices for food, things are not branded but cheap
I went to go buy headphones at the electronic department and the clerk there told me they needed the manager to unlock the case. I waited for upwards of half an hour and nobody came. I asked the clerk again and she said she cannot do it. I then walked through the store and asked other associates and they were not able to help me get the headphones. I went back and I was staring at the item I wanted through a locked pane of glass and had money available to purchase it. Nobody was able to help me and NO MANAGER EVER SHOWED UP. I left the store and will not be spending my hard earned money here.
Possibly the best visit to any Wal-Mart store in all my years. Hugely appreciated being disabled the reason... The Staff. Every one of them I encountered bar none! To provide a backdrop for understanding; I cannot walk more than 25 ft with its increasingly severe pain to wear a collapse is a virtual certainty. I would normally avoid Wal-Mart like the plaguennThe visit started by the greeter who instantly upon noticing my difficulty walking, without being intrusive but friendly made it clear he was guiding me to the motorized Carts. Then again, showed the way to the wide opening and replied with very accurate precision the most efficient route to the men's clothing department as I asked. Well Done Sir.nnThe Lady that clearly was restocking clothing in that department was the only one. However she was super courteous replying to questions on size fitting as well as pointing out the way to the changing rooms. As well guiding me accurately to my next destination of the pharmacy.nnPerhaps The only reason I won't put a five star here was in this department It was very inconvenient being in the cart to navigate not just because of the plethora of rocks but far more because in that layout design somebody had clearly omitted allowing sufficient turning room for the cart, resulting in multiple times where the car was more of an inconvenience than it was an asset. I understand that floor space is at a premium however without access the very purpose is negated. When you cannot get to the items you definitely can't evaluate if you wish to purchase them.nnThe final department of the day the sales lady deserves the gold star for service to the patron, providing directions for precise items and despite being extremely busy appeared skilled at quickly dealing and dispatching with the tasks of the department There were six items I needed each and a different area that each she knew exactly where and how to direct my search for them. Remarkably even noticing that for one item I'd actually picked up a version that I would have had to have returned and it was the wrong one. Despite being quite busy never felt as if I or any of the others patrons were being rushed. I truly appreciate all the staff that day however this lady with her smile negated the stresses for me always involved with shopping.
