I had a very bad experience at the Walmart service desk today. The staff member who assisted me was rude, unhelpful, and showed no interest in helping resolve my issue. I was spoken to in an unprofessional way and felt very disrespected as a customer.nCustomer service should be polite and supportive, especially at the service desk where people go for help. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope Walmart improves the way customers are treated.
I always enjoy shopping at Walmart — especially for the clearance deals! They have some great markdowns if you take the time to look around. I’ve found really good products at unbeatable prices. The clearance section is definitely worth checking every time you visit. Staff are usually helpful too, and the overall experience is convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!
Came here hoping Walmart Canada would keep its promise to go 100% cage-free by 2025… but unfortunately that goal still hasn’t been reached. nnCustomers care about animal welfare, and hens deserve better than spending their lives in cages. I hope Walmart Canada will pick up the pace, follow through on its commitment, and share transparent updates on progress soon.
Good customer service, not a super center though. Lot of parking space. Easy to commute
The women at the customer service was extremely rude. I was here for the Western Union and the women asked for a Canadian Drivers licence and said that I wouldn’t be able to get anything without a Canadian Driver license completely dismissed when I said that I shouldn’t need a Canadian license and I have my home country passport we had to go back and forth before she called over another person to tell her that she could process it. I’m not sure why there was such a problem with it.
