Overall your standard large sized Walmart with varying products to products. However, not a superstore, therefore not all grocery related items are available like produce. Still worth noting of their pharmacy. The staff are decent, not the greatest as they are usually few in numbers during opening hours and closing hours. They have also been known to be absent when needed most, especially over the phone.nnThe parking lot is also lacking in lighting. Dangerously dimmed at night, where people can be put in harms way.
Their online service is primitive. They sell you items they don't have. Then, after someone there has the skills to understand that an item is not available, they engage their intellectual and engineering resources to find a similar item and substitute it. For example, if you ordered online granulated sugar, and they don't have it, they give you brown sugar.nAnd the funny story continues: you are not able to cancel this order. There is no tool online through your account I'm referring to the Google browser . You just get the item they choose for you.nEven if you call their contact center, they don't have the tools to cancel the order.nI was advised not to pick up the item, so they could cancel it. And you have to go back and check if you got the refund.nWhat if the item is delivered to your home, and has a certain weight? You have to go to a store and return it.nnIt's 2024. With the technology we have, It's ridiculous to face such problems.
A wonderful Walmart to get a few things. Ample room to move around with a wheelchair or a stroller. An awesome variety of men's women's & children's clothing. Great staff who really want to help you with your needs. Very clean washrooms that smell fresh. Great prices & really the best Walmart I've ever seen. Very well managed. It's my forever Walmart I'll shop at.self checkouts are an option there as well as cashier's who are there to help you checkout with care. Pick up online orders here as well. Very well organized store.
0 STARS FOR WALMARTnnI went to this store and they have all the self check out closed at 7pm when the store closes at 10 pmnWhile having all the self check outs closed they only have 3 cashiers open to help customers. Which in each line are approximately 7-10 customers…nAfter waiting in line for 5 minutes I asked the cashier why the self check out was closed.nHer response was that they have a new manger and he doesn’t WANT to open the self check out. “He doesn’t want us helping customers over there” is what the cashier told me.nWhen I call the store to speak to ANY customer service rep the phone simply rings off the hook until someone picks up the phone to hang up on you … not a please hold I’ll be right with youn… not a polite how can I help you… NOTHING but a HANG UP ON YOU!nEach and every time I return to this Walmart the lack of customer service floors me.nDo better
Can this store get a no stars rating? Such issues all the time with this specific location. From inaccurate pricing, to giving a difficult time returning things with a receipt and within their own policy. Customer service here is a joke. From register employees giving attitude for no reason to managers not honoring pricing and making the customer wait 30 minutes to attempt to help...yet do nothing in the end. I will happily not set foot in this place ever again.
