Well stocked Walmart superstore with well priced groceries,clothing including larger sizes,books and magazines,household goods and phsrmacy needs. Love their photo developing service. Knowledgable staff very hepful. Love their online ordering and pickup in the parking lot!
The women at the customer service desk refused to help me, and didnt get me a manager when I requested one. Had to track down a manager myself, who immediately helped me with my problem that the desk staff told me a manager would not be able to help me with. Thank you to Melissa J for resolving my issue that the customer service staff didnt care to help with
I often order my groceries online. The workers who bring out my order are always very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The curbside pickup option is so convenient and the proccess is well organized.
Went through self checkout, and I must have been to slow or fast, caues it charged me twice for the same tissue paper, when I only got one. These were 30 rolles on sale, quit big, any way I did not notice the double charge on my receipt till I got home, which is 80 km away. So I called Walmart about it, and they were very nice to me about it and gave me 1 month to come in, at any time they were open, and they would refund my money. Very good support, does not get any better then this. Thank you, and you folks do good work.
Use customer pickup alot and staff are very good and helpful . And extremely polite . I have tried to tip them but they always refuse . I appreciate them alot
