US company. Opt for Food Basics, Dollarama, etc. where possible. I've enjoyed shopping here prior to US-led trade war. One extra star for keeping the store neat. A lower review is because when I signed up for the mastercard, the staff input my information wrong causing troubles with the online system, costing hours of time to correct something very simple. The small reward benefits aren't worth the headache of a credit card process from start to finish.
Worst service ever. The curbside pickup used to be quick and convenient. It’s not anymore. After checking in through the app you have to call them everytime and even then it takes them 30 min to send someone outside. I have been trying to complain to Walmart but no use. Please choose some other store if you value your time

There are some gujarti boys working they are talking inside and do not focus on work we are waiting outside 40 minutes but nobody comes outside and after 40 minutes they came and tell us we don’t have items that’s really disappointing they waste our time if you don’t have order then just tell immediately. And do your work properly its your duty to serve people on time
Did an online grocery order for pickup yesterday. All day on the app it said “delayed” but no explanation. I figured they were behind due to the holidays and waiting an extra day was not a big deal. This morning I woke up and had confirmation by email and text that my order was ready to pick up, I also had a voicemail that my order had been cancelled because I didn’t pick it up yesterday. I figured the call was a mistake as the confirmations came afterwards and in the app it still showed as ready to pick up. I went to the store and was able to check in on the app. An associate came out and was confused that I had confirmations but also told me it was cancelled and a refund had been done. There was no email about a refund nor was there one in my bank account. Inside I was told the same by customer service but she was able to process a refund, although it is not for the same amount I was charged because of produce weight difference. How does this happen? No explanation, no apology and apparently no manager who was available to speak with.
