This post is to Thank Samantha from Customer Service for really going beyond her job and helping me out.nnI bought an oversize belt by mistake, and had no way I was on a business trip to customize it to my size. Samatha in the pic was kind enough to use all her 'fancy tools' in her desk to help me out.nA big Thank You to her!
I’ve never felt so disrespected in a store before. The employee I spoke with was unbelievably rude and racist just because I was speaking in English! She talked to me in a humiliating way, refused to help, and acted like I didn’t even deserve her attention. I honestly walked out feeling angry and hurt. This is completely unacceptable, and Walmart should be ashamed to let people like this treat customers that way. I’ll never forget how awful this experience was.
The self-checkout counter is a little confusing and staff didn't really seem keen help customers. The store definitely leaves room for improvement.
I find everything I need and the people are gentle with the clients…
They have hardly any video games if you want a certain game you gotta order it online most of them come from Ontario they have so much over priced food where you can get alot of the stuff 50% cheaper but the employees are very kind and will answer question
