Love shopping here. They always have cool stuff. Only issue is the cash desks. Sometimes they only have 1 cashier open which causes a build up of customers in a long line. There are too much persons shopping at once for the self check out to run smoothly and quickly and only having one cashier makes it worse. I even remember a night they had zero cashiers and everyone was forced to use the self check out. What would happen to elderly or disabled who can't use this?

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Most employees was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's been 5 days I'm driving to pick up the PRIMO bottle of water, nothing 0 bottles!!!nKnowing well that one of the customer service staff checked, and he told me that they have at least 50 bottles in stock but unfortunately no one didn't take it out. management must visit this location. it became a disaster!!!!
Very similar to US stores. Prices are a little higher but this particular store was well stocked. Friday afternoon and registers were all closed. Only selfnCheckout was available. Had an issue scanning an item, an employee came quickly and was able to fix the problem using his smartphone. That was impressive!
I went today May 18th to the store at Brossard at around 2 pm. The lady that was verifying if customers are stealling was disgustingly rude! I showed her on the receipt the item she was looking at and she acted as it was not the item!! I understand shops are having problems with people lifting products but I don't think it is acceptable to have employees behaving like that! Disgusting!!
