The typical Walmart store standards you may be familiar with are not being followed at this location. Several weeks in a row I have observed items which are blatant disregard for the local health code. From rotting fruit to an absolute mess in the egg display with cracked open eggs, yokes exposed, egg contents laying on the shelving. Even after pointing it out to staff, they basically just shrugged their shoulders and ignored it. I'm not sure the employee could understand?! I typically shop here weekly. These types of events have become more prevalent over the past few weeks. I reported it to a manager who seemed just to take it in stride! I've also noticed the lack of inventory of many items as well. I do periodically shop at other Walmart's in the KW area. They do not have the same inventory conditions. I can't believe that Walmart Canada would permit such degradation of their typical high store standards. I'm heading back this week. We'll see if anything has improved. But, if you can, I would try another location.
I was using self checkout and once I checked out, before I even left the scanner I was approached my the staff and requested my reciept on a $10 purchase of 2 items. It was completely out of line and horrid to see happen. I believe it may have been hate motivated as well. This is not okay
i came here and found the specific cat treats i was looking for, was so happy, and then was looking through the toy aisle.nsome young woman in regular clothes walked by and started telling us to make sure to check out the makeup we had in our pockets? we hadn’t even been to the part of the store makeup was in. my sister emptied her pockets right there, i didn’t even have any pockets. the lady just walked away, still aggressively telling us to checkout, and followed us there. it’s the kind of thing that made me want to never shop here again, but my cat is picky, i needed the treats.nwhy would you accuse someone so harshly if you had no idea whether it was right? my sister has tattoos. i’m very hard to mistake, i have platinum hair, wear all black, heavy eyeliner. i don’t know how she could’ve confused us with someone else unless she was just profiling. my sister is very upset, it was stressful and demeaning. the lady insisted we’d been to the makeup aisle, when we didn’t even cross that side of the store. check your cameras before making a fool of yourself.nwent to the boardwalk walmart after this, so my sister could buy her cheesecake from employees we know, haha.
This location is super near from my place and I visit at least two times a week. I was there for groceries this evening with my wife. I did not notice at first but young girl in normal cloth no Walmart apron or any kind of security uniform keeps following us entire time on floor while moving. It was so irritating all the time , finally I had to ask floor customer representative standing there, he confirmed she works there for security. For whatever reason, this felt disrespectful and totally unprofessional. Walmart definitely have some sort of surveillance system to monitor, there is no need to be at back at customer and standing behind customer all time suspecting in normal clothes. Completely ruined shopping experience.nI would put zero rating If Google allow for worst customer experience.
We went to exchange the product in Walmart & the manager turban guy with whom I interact with for my problem of the product missing, he talked with me very rudely the issue is very simple he can guide me with the simple voice of tone & easily I can understand but he choose to talk with me with his arrogant & as a customer no one is going to like such behaviour, so as a customer I am requesting Walmart please look before hiring such people….. Very disappointing behaviour from Walmart
