TThe customer service at Walmart in Queensboro was absolutely atrocious! I had a price match issue and when I tried to order the item at the advertised price, they flat out refused because of a minor labeling discrepancy. They claim to honor their price match policy, but when it came down to it, they failed miserably. The same thing happened to my 10-year-old son when he tried to purchase an item from the bottom shelf with a different price tag than the one on the top shelf. The lady working there expected my son to magically reach the top shelf to check the price, which was completely unreasonable. When we tried to resolve the issue with the duty manager, we were met with silence from the entire management team. This is unacceptable!
Hi Everyone, so 4 months ago I did a review and posted a pic of some moldy beef jerky with pictures. I even complained in store to staff. So it's time for an update 4 months later, albeit I am inside the store at least once a week shopping for a Community Kitchen I host.nTo the point, I'll be adding another picture from today, AGAIN MOLDY BEEF JERKY.n***Message to Management, I have my photos and all dated and time stamped in my phone. Maybe it's time to remove the worker from the store? Or maybe I need to do more than just a Google review and complain to the health board and BBB.nIt would be great to hear back from someone on this matter.nWent to do some groceries for an individual that I support.nI was in a aisle that I frequent, and see employees in all the time facing, and stocking the shelves.nI came across two bags of pepperoni that had not just a little mould inside of them.nThese had to be sitting on the shelf for sometime.nI have pictures that I will most likely find a way to add to this post, and let a cashier see them when I checked out.nShe reported it to the manager and sent them a picture they took of my phone.nMind you, this isn't true of all the employees, but many when I am walking down the aisles walk right at you and stare when you refuse to move as if their entitled or something.nThen get mad when I remind them they work at Walmart and what type of customer service is that?nI think their Management really needs to step up and review their training.nI'm really thinking of sending the pics I took today and others from days in the past to the health agency to maybe do a drop in at the store.

A good place for processed snacks and treats. The dunkaroo selection was good with limited edition flavours too like Cinnamon Toast Crunch icing. Dunkaroos were better in the 1990s and 2000s, but they are still good. Otherwise, this is a bit of a rough Walmart that is crowded with many goods locked up to prevent shoplifting but little staff available to be free to help you. Some shelves are a mess.
Dear Store ManagernnI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. I had been a regular customer, but after my experience, I have decided not to return.nnWhile I was in a rush, I noticed an issue with the way the cashier handled my transaction. After scanning each item, I began placing them into a Walmart bag. The cashier approached me with an unfriendly expression and asked to verify the last item I had scanned. I allowed her to check, but despite several attempts, she was unable to locate it. As I was pressed for time, I decided to unpack everything from the bag to help her. After re-checking, she confirmed that I had scanned all items correctly, but she did not apologize for the confusion or her manner of handling the situation.nnI understand that the cashier is responsible for ensuring all items are properly scanned, but I felt the way she interacted with me was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable, as if I were being treated like a thief. A more courteous and respectful approach would have gone a long way in improving the experience.nnCustomer service is crucial to any business, and I believe employees should be trained to handle situations with both professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I will not be returning to this Walmart in the future.
