I was doing self check out. The employee comes over and starts scanning for me. Just grabbed them and scanned them. I didnt ask for help. I had to tell her to stop and to leave me alone. While I was waiting in line I noticed 2 people that she wasn't paying attention to that did not scan some items. I don't know who trains those people but they need to retrained for customer service. When you ask them if they have a specific item available they say I don't know. I use to love Walmart but I don't go as much as I use too. Probably once or twice a year. Plus all they do is talk to each other in the self check out. The 2 employees. They aren't watching everyone just certain people ethnicity. She definitely isn't paying attention to her own. Period!
Its a complete Walmart experience with all the sections available for you to think you are saving some but in my opinion it is not that cheap overall, compare to Persia Supermarket or T&T. Overall you can find everything you want there. Meh!
To be honest, today's shopping experience is very bad. If you don't want to work or help customers, don't come to work. I asked the store clerk maybe an Indian girlquestions three times, but she pretended not to hear and even started chatting with other employees? I don't know what happened, I just hope it can be improved.
I will never shop here ever again.nnToday while scanning my items at checkout the staff insisted I stop using the scanning gun which I've been doing for the past 2 years at this location. They wanted me to remove everything from the cart and then put it back in after which makes my checkout process twice as long and far less enjoyable.nnThis is a new rule which I was only informed about today when it was too late. I will shop at Superstore from now on which has far less problems.nnI'm tired of staff harassing me every time I want to make a purchase and trying to sell me credit cards. I want as little contact with staff as possible. Choose my items, pay for them and go home.nnI will never shop at Walmart again.
Don’t ever go here for any formulas, or pediasure. I rang the bell for 4 times. Another lady came for milk and waiting again.the old lady at cosmetic section was there all the time but she pretended like she didn’t hear a bell ring. I came and asked her she said okey but she didn’t come . I came and asked again then the lady was waiting with me rang the bell again. Very unprofessional services here. What a hassle to buy milk for kids these days
