The lady at the cart area of entrance was so nice and warm, her smile made my day. Hope you continue to smile and be happy.nnThis is a great store for home goods, even better than some other stores that sell discounted stuff but you can’t predict the inventory. Also, pretty reasonable prices too. Definitely worth checking it out before ordering online, the savings are significant. Kitchen utensils, bath and small appliances are all decent.nnThe quality of produce and other grocery items was great too. This is going to be my go to store.
They need to do a better job regulating the pick up parking. Waited 5 minutes to get a spot. After i parked i looked around and noticed that there were multiple cars parked in the pick up spots but no one were in the cars. On top of that, I saw people park in the spot and walk into the store to shop. Not so efficient when people take these spots and go into shop.nnBoth Honda sedan driver and Audi driver parked and got out and walked into the store casually. The Honda suv and Chevy sedan were parked there way before I got there and still there after I left.nnDo better enforcing designated spot as this area is a heavily congested area being at the entrance of the parkade.
I had a disappointing experience at Walmart today. As has often been the case during my visits, the cashier located near the upper-level parking entrance was closed, and all three self-checkout stations in that area were also unavailable.nI was carrying a large number of items and had to request that staff call a manager so that a checkout could be opened. Eventually, two associates, Navjot and Manpreet, arrived. I was surprised that two employees came when only one cashier was needed. One associate assisted with the checkout while the other remained nearby.nWhile I was trying to explain my concern about the lack of available checkout options, I felt that I was interrupted and dismissed rather than listened to. I was told that they knew how to do their work, which made the interaction feel unprofessional and frustrating.nUnfortunately, this experience reflects a broader concern I have noticed at this location, where checkout availability can be limited and store shelves are sometimes not well stocked. I understand that retail environments can be busy and challenging, but I believe customers should be treated respectfully when raising legitimate concerns.nI hope Walmart will review staffing and customer service practices at this location to improve the shopping experience for its customers
Easily the most frustrating Walmart I’ve ever been to. Their average employee’s education must be grade 7. I had to go through eight different people to find a bag to transport a mattress to a new home, Even after showing them the exact product on their website. They didn’t even know what I meant when I asked for moving supplies. Never going back, highly recommend you stay away.
Very convenient location with all stuff you need. Friendly staff. From produce department Mr. Jasrobin has always helped with the stuff I want and from delivery department Mr. Bricks, both are exceptional customer service provider. Good work guys. Managers are always there to provide extended help any time. Cheers to the Walmart Metrotown team.
