Horrible online shopping experience. Tried ordering online but never a confirmation number or email confirmation. So when I went to pick up, no order. Nice lady at service counter told me product available in sports department upstairs. Fortunately they had it. Do I have to download app for better experience?

A good place for processed snacks and treats. The dunkaroo selection was good with limited edition flavours too like Cinnamon Toast Crunch icing. Dunkaroos were better in the 1990s and 2000s, but they are still good. Otherwise, this is a bit of a rough Walmart that is crowded with many goods locked up to prevent shoplifting but little staff available to be free to help you. Some shelves are a mess.
Went to do some groceries for an individual that I support.nI was in a aisle that I frequent, and see employees in all the time facing, and stocking the shelves.nI came across two bags of pepperoni that had not just a little mould inside of them.nThese had to be sitting on the shelf for sometime.nI have pictures that I will most likely find a way to add to this post, and let a cashier see them when I checked out.nShe reported it to the manager and sent them a picture they took of my phone.nMind you, this isn't true of all the employees, but many when I am walking down the aisles walk right at you and stare when you refuse to move as if their entitled or something.nThen get mad when I remind them they work at Walmart and what type of customer service is that?nI think their Management really needs to step up and review their training.nI'm really thinking of sending the pics I took today and others from days in the past to the health agency to maybe do a drop in at the store.
Friendly staff, I got what I ordered most of the time. However, what is the point to order pick up order when the pick up slot were all occupied? Just like today, 6 out of 8 slot has no driver in the car, I assume they were not picking up order, and another one just off loading his purchase, I guess he was not here for pick-up order, right? Either Walmart or the mall has to enforce the parking rule! There are plenty of parking spots nearby, leave the pick up spot for pick up order!
