I've been to this store many times over the past year. At first, thought it was a great store. As time goes on, I honestly don't like shopping at this location unless I absolutely have to. The employees are not happy to be there. There is usually only one checkout open or one regular and a speedy checkout open, at the times I shop. One night I waited 40 minutes in line to checkout because there was a new employee at the only open register while "everyone else" was unloading a delivery truck. The poor girl wasn't entering something correctly and the register was not allowing her to proceed. I was the next person in line & still waited 40 minutes! I felt horrible for her. This should have never happened. Shame on the management. If it was my daughter left to sink or swim, I would call in and quit for her! This store seems to have a lot of employees standing around socializing and yet plenty needs to be done, as the store is DIRTY.

It's a great store. Been there a few times. Usually go to the Wal-Mart in Hayward as it's close to my folks. Everyone is very helpful, courteous and in a good mood. The store is laid out a little differently, but people directed me to where I wanted to go. Good experience, nice drive down 27S. I think they are a little cheaper than Hayward, too.☺

I was visiting my daughter who just had twin boys. I was with my granddaughter. We went past bakery and they gave her a free cookie. I was looking at clothes for her and the boys. There was a very nice lady stocking some things. She said how beautiful my granddaughter was and she proceeded to help me pick out clothes. That do happen at the Walmart where I'm from. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and very nice.

I always go to Wal-Mart,I mean who doesn't lol that's where I do all my shopping. This last visit was a great visit,they had Santa their. Wish I would of know about it though woulda brought all of my kids. They even had toys set out on a table for the children to try out. My 5 year old son just wanted to play with the race car though lol didn't care to see santa
