Very disappointing customer service experience.nnI went to this Walmart with my child to return an item. My child was crying the entire time, yet I was made to wait for a long period. The female manager who handled my case showed no empathy or understanding at all, which made the situation even more stressful.nnWhat was especially frustrating is that during a previous visit, I was clearly told to bring the physical item in order to get a price adjustment. Today, I followed those instructions and brought the item, but the staff then denied what was previously said and refused to honor it.nnFor clarity, the photo attached is of the manager whose picture is publicly displayed inside the store.nnThis lack of consistency, compassion, and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for customers with young children. I expect much better service from Walmart.
Great store good service, some of the items I was looking for were only available online but I was still able to ask questions about the products and get some clarity on what I wanted.
Very good option in the produce section at entrance, lot of chocolate options also big clothing departing.nOver all very nice and clean super center Walmart.nLot if cashers with no long lanNote: Some of the frozen section department is being repaired.
No cashes open, only self check out so you can’t pay with cash. Employees are incompetent.
Can't cancel order online when 2/3 of the items aren't even in the order. No service at the phone to cancel it, no service at Walmart call center neither.
