Walmart Regina North Supercentre

This is the third Walmart I’ve visited in Regina, and like the other two, it has spacious bakery and grocery sections. Unfortunately, the service at this location is noticeably worse.nnSeveral staff members seemed poorly informed and unnecessarily pushy, often wandering around and getting in the way. The worst experience was at checkout, where the cashier tried to push the Walmart Mastercard on me five times during a single transaction and even gave misleading information, claiming it wouldn’t affect my credit score. That’s simply not true, as any non-prepaid credit card inquiry shows up on a credit report.nnMy advice is to grab what you need and leave, or better yet, visit the South or Prince of Wales Walmart locations, where customer service is significantly better.

Kid at the self check out today on Sunday May 31st around noon was golden. Think his name was Aiden maybe, brown hair and cool holographic Nikes, was super positive, greeted every customer, and we left with a smile thanks to him. Thanks for the great experience! Wow Walmart shame on you! Couldn’t find the time to help an elder who is partially blind to do her quick shopping before Christmas! And the manager kept coming back saying “ what happened again!” I turned around and said. You’re lucky I don’t slap you in the face! -“making people feel like a burden, I’m never coming to this location again!! And come to find she is from carry the kettle to! how dare people make people feel this way ! If you’re grouchy with your job THEN QUIT! Where is the hospitality? Anymore!? People REALLY need to do better and be better humans for goodness sakes, just think if this was your mother or grandmother would you still approach life in that manner. I truly hope they reevaluate this and make the woman take more compassion customer service,

Just a warning to everyone that they are telling people that applying for there credit card does not affect your credit score/profile. This is a blatant lie. I am an experienced credit counsellor and I can tell you that ANY credit card that is not a pre loaded one will appear as an inquiry on your credit profile which negatively affects the final score wether it be through trans union or equifax. Please don’t believe them when they say it is a “soft pull” as it simply is not.
