Not a lot of food options for a supercenter. Limited meats and breads, next to no produce, and milk has trouble staying in stock. Besides that the milk amd cheese isle is super small and traffic in it is crazy each time im there.nnThe rest of the store is nice and easy to walk around and has plenty of options all around.
A wonderful place to work and shop! The environment is supportive and enjoyable, and the shopping experience is equally impressive — affordable prices paired with great quality items make it a top choice every time.
Older layout Wal-Mart. Not a supercentre - has a very basic selection of produce and baked goods, and all are prepackaged. Frequently busy as it is the only Walmart in the Corner Brook area and the closest Walmart to Deer Lake and the Northern Peninsula. Other than the limited grocery selection, availability of items is what you’d expect at a Walmart. Could use a refresh and would be better suited as a supercentre akin to the stores in St. John’s and Gander as Corner Brook is lacking in lower cost grocery stores.
Easy to find, lots of parking, decent selection of clothing, the food/snacks section was a little under stocked for some reason, staff were pleasant, easy to use self check out with short wait
The staff is rude. I wasted my 30 minutes at costumer service just to hear “we can’t help you to find stuff,This will waste our time.” While the staff was chatting with her friends on the other side. Her name was Michal. This was the worst experience.
