I wanted to take a minute to recognize an employee who went above and beyond for me this morning. His name is Dyke and he was working in the produce section when he noticed how I was struggling with my cart it had a bad wheel. He not only went to get me a new cart without me even asking but he then helped me move all of my products from the old cart to the new one.nHe was so nice and friendly and I could not be more appreciative. Thank you!
I ordered magnets.nWhen I got an email saying they were ready, I went to pick them up. They were pictures, not magnets. They lost my ordernI went to the store since I received an e-mail saying ready for pick-up, the store is saying they haven't received anything.nCall the Walmart customer service on a Friday at 10H45AM And its Black Friday, they are saying that they can't solve the issue because the store is closed really?.nNow I have to dispute the charge on my credit card but still wasted my time on the phone 20 minutes and for the print.
Tried to pick up my photos twice. First time at 4pm and they put a sign at the door saying they were closed. Second time I went two days later, still the same sign and told us to go back in the morning. On google their work hour is 8am to 9pm. But they just decide to close at whenever they want, how flexible is that. Such a waste of time!
Absolute joke. I have come on 5 separate occasions trying to pick up a single, simple order. Every time I've come, they are closed with a sign on the door, even though it is the middle of the day during working hours. Don't waste your time here. Print your pictures somewhere else and make them happy; they don't want your business.
