I came into this Pharmacy to get medicine for my daughter and was greeted by an absolute stellar associate by the name of Aisha. She greeted me with such a warm smile and sought to my daughter's medicinal needs swiftly.  This was such a pleasant experience compared to other pharmacies that I have went to, and I wanted to take the time to reflect on the phenomenal experience that I had here, it is truly rare to receive such an exceptional level of customer service, and I hope that her efforts continue to be recognized for the service she provides.  Aisha, thank you for your help, I look forward to coming again!

Customer service was rude and horrible. They also lost my prescription. When I asked if I can get my dog’s medicine 3 days earlier so we can make sure we have enough for our trip. They refused because of policy, like seriously?

*Update* The pharmacist was nice and helpful but the south Asian lady in the back was terrible… she screamed at me for asking questions. Someone should teach her manner on how to talk to people not just customers.

This place is horrible, the staff are so rude and unprofessional, who trained and hired these people? The indian pharmacist, redhead, and blond white lady need to be trained on how to speak to people with basic respect before working anywhere, especially before handling peoples medications

Gentleman at the counter associate was very nice and polite. But the pharmacist brown lady was extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. You could tell that the environment is toxic. Lady, if you hate your job please just stay at home and don't drag other people into misery. Go somewhere else and avoid this place.

This place used to be nice but it has been going down hill. The counter staff are  rude and need a couple lessons on how to talk to people. Your job is to assist people, if you cant do that without being rude, maybe customer service is not  for you.

The clerk ladies tried to be helpful, but they clearly work in a very toxic environment. The more senior staff there are extremely rudethe redhead older lady even acknowledged that on her own and apologised but you could tell she was extremely stressed The bald pharmacist has some of the worst people skills I have ever seen lol. The place is out of control.

I don't recommend this pharmacy as both a physician and a costumer. My experience has found the people who work there inept, unhelpful, obnoxious and extremely petty and rude. My patients have been given wrong med's, wrong counts, bad advice and worse! The staff are unhelpful, argumentative and don't spare time to listen or help! They'd rather spend their time arguing with you and going on defensive and when confronted, not only the don't apologize but they double and triple down. I have started to advise my patients not to use them all together since I find them a liability and I have not used them myself either.

Worst customer service ever! The Indian women who works there is one of the most arrogant individual I've ever met. She is super rude and totally unhelpful. I have been going to this store for nearly an year now, the previous management were good. I will never give this pharmacy my business and I recommend you go elsewhere.
