Walmart Pharmacy

Awful pharmacy. Treat people like cattle about to get butchered. Are rude, have attitudes and judge their customers by what prescriptions they get. Do not go here. Average wait time says 20 minutes. Oh no! Try at least 45 minutes! And that is just picking something up. God forbid you have to drop off a script and wait! Forget it!

I had a prescription called in by my dentist that had to be left on an answering machine at about 4:30 in the afternoon and when I tried to pick it up more than 2 hours later it wasn't even taken off the answering machine and put into "the system". In my option that's totally unacceptable and VERY poor customer service. I"ll make sure it never happens again by not using their pharmacy.

I have never, ever had a problem with this pharmacy. Kind, courteous and quick despite all of the overwhelming grief they get from the customers. The Valley should be ashamed of how they treat these people.

The pharmacist gave me a different type of pill that I was prescribed and told me "Its close enough"

No emergency supply when to my stupid insurance won't pay for it until I get a prior authorization from my doctor.... Any other place will give you An emergency supply!
