Takes forever to get even a simple scrip filled. Pharm workers are smart assed and rude.

A new resident to Shawano, I needed 2 prescriptions for bronchitis and bad sinus infection. The urgent care clinic sent the scripts in mid-afternoon on Monday to this pharmacy. It took a full 24 hours for me to get my scripts. When I stopped in, I was told they couldn't get to it for a while as they were short staffed. So I returned the next morning only to hear the same. Because I am moving, I didn't get back again until afternoon. Then they took another 1/2 hour to run it through my insurance for the copay. When I complained, the guy said a weak "sorry about that." This is the absolute worst service I've ever had for getting prescriptions anywhere. Unacceptable! I will be finding another pharmacy.

Pharmacy. Not enough help, or what? We live 20 miles from Shawano Walmart. Made 2 trips yesterday for a prescription. Made 2 trips today for another prescription. Am not going to wait for 2 hours while they fill them. So, for a total of 160 miles, is it worth it? I think not. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Will NOT be using Shawano Walmart Pharmacy ever again.
