Walmart Pharmacy

There is a bit of a wait sometimes but staff is friendly and the pharmacists always answer my questions about meds and OTC meds as well... They always have the meds I need.

Pharmacist very rude. Staff also. I have eczema and presented a script from Dermatologist. I am a widow with no prescription coverage. Dermatologist told me to go on line and print a coupon from Good RX. I presented this coupon to Pharmacist and he would not honor. Said he could not afford to honor coupon. Well I can not afford 500.00 for 60 grams of this medication. Called Dermatologist and she said I have severe eczema, she wanted me to get this. I left and went to Walgreens and they honored the coupon. I will tell everyone I know what happened and try to encourage them to go to Walgreens where you are treated with professionalism. In fact not only did Pharmacist accept my coupon, his assistant went on line to see if she could find a coupon with a bigger discount. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also I will not shop at Walmart anymore!! Very poor customer service from your Greenville Pharmacy.

Waiting in front of Dawn DeVreugd not very satisfied with her experience gave me a headache and hard time during visit.
