Said they would transfer my script and it would be an hour for pick up. came three hours later to pick it up and they "forgot" to transfer it for me and had none of the information I gave over the phone prior for the transfer. Had to give all the info again, they told me to wait and they would have it "in a few minutes" so i sat down to wait.... An hour and a half later I left with one bottle of eye drops. Prepackaged. I will never fill a script here again.

They are so unorganized and slow. I also gave all of my insurance information when I dropped my prescription off and now "I don't have any insurance on file". This pharmacy is terrible.
