I was actually told that i need to have a Canadian ID to use Western Union services, which i proved wrong in a matter of minutes. In what world do you people live in? Wu was invented so the people could send money from all corners of this planet. Educate your employees, especially managers!!! Outrageous
The store is clean and brightly lit. Shopping carts were accessible. There was a good amount of Halloween treats to choose from. Christmas merchandise was interspersed throughout the departments. Enjoyable shopping experience.
One of the cashiers, said she was a supervisor but i doubt it, opened a cash register with no customers there so we waited for her. don’t know her name but she had brown hair with blonde streaks clipped up and a reddish watch. i said “hello” to which she ignored. my partner asked if she could help us, she kept talking to her coworker and giggling. we then walked away and she called for us to come. i said “we waited why would we come to you after you ignored us”. she then flipped her name tag and proceeded to flip my partner off for pointing it out. we spoke to a man who said he had just started there, but who was very reasonable and tried to help the situation. we were followed by a female cashier wearing long black sleeves who was watching to see if we complained. if this is customer service in there eyes, they need a reality check.
Horrible cashiers and customer servicenThe staff mistreated the customers, questioned why I am in their line to check out. They told me if I don’t like it don’t go there anymorenAfter checking me out they turned to another customer and started laughing and speaking in their language. Terrible experience I would not recommend this Wal Mart to anyone.
I don’t usually write reviews or if I do I try to write it in a very positive way. But, regarding this Walmart I had to say that staffs are horrible, they have zero customer service skill, no manner at all. When you ask them for help, they respond in a very rude way, I say “hello” to cashier but I never hear a “hello” back. Generally, I hate the place.
