I went to fill 3 prescriptions at the pharmacy on Lansdowne on September 2. Although they did not have 2 of the prescriptions in stock the young woman who helped me was very good and helpful in spite of being new. This was a complicated case for her and she remained pleasant and polite. Impressive. Her name is Meghan.
I was very disappointed with the fact the store is heavily understocked purchased 2 items and they are not made for what I need extremely poor customer service rude checkout do not shop here
This Walmart unfortunately racially profiles their clients. Discrimination is NOT okay, there should be better training for equal treatment
Hey Walmart on Lansowne in Peterbrough. Just wanted to let you know that I was helped by Zak Zack? on June 2nd. He was nothing short of awesome. I walked in the door, he said Hello and I told him I was having one of the worst days of my year. I was. It was terrible Zak was honestly sorry to hear that and then prceeded to help me with everything I needed. He took me to different areas of the store, made suggestions on what would work for me and was very helpful. As well, he REALLY knew what he was talking about. He should probably get a raise. No kidding. Very high level of customer service. He made Walmart look great. Many Thanks!!!
They took out the change-rooms because of "theft". What a joke. You'd think with the lack of cashiers they are paying these days that they could afford to pay someone to attend the change-rooms. Otherwise, the entire store is always a complete mess. Only shop here if you have no other options.
In the store buying toys for my son. Get approached by a civilian security officer asking if I’m actually going to buy the merchandise. Not sure what I did to get harassed like that but thanks for doing a poor job.
I appreciate that most of the employees are genuinely wanting to serve well. This store has an unfortunate name - Supercentre it is not. A fellow customer the other day termed it "Walmart light." I have frequently encountered no stock on flyer items - especially meat... on the first day of the new flyer. Today they had no table salt... something I would consider a staple. Perhaps this is a supply chain issue. Wondering if they could consider building upward if they can't expand physically outward... or perhaps Walmart could come up with a name other than Supercentre for these stores that are small and less than optimally organized.
Good location and usually has good stock, some evenings can be low on meats n breads etc. Can pretty much only use self checkout unless you want to stand in line for over half hour to go to a register.
Found this Supercentre smaller than I am used to and way to cluttered and somewhat lack of space between the aisles, shelves were stocked and staff helpful , but just found it a little tight inside.
Awful customer service. If you take your time and look around they follow you like a theif. When there's a good sale they always run out of the item but it shows up the day after the sale. Most don't speak English and are rude and don't like helping
