Worst place to come for online pickups. I’ve ordered online twice from this location as my usual location was out of certain items. Both times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait for over half an hour for my damn pickup BOTH TIMESSS! Keep in mind this is in winter. Never again will I order pickups from this place stupid slow service. I called the number on the parking spot post and spoke to them over ten minutes ago now and still waiting. Another frustrated customer is here talking to them in the snow. Spoke to the person and they said they just came back from break, ridiculous third world country service. It’s only a particular group of people that work in the pickup section.
I had a wonderful experience at Walmart, thanks to Harmeet. Even though the product I was looking for wasn’t from her department, she took the time and effort to help me find exactly what I needed. Instead of simply directing me elsewhere, she personally went to the warehouse at the back of the store to bring the product.nnThe product was quite heavy, and she had to make a couple of trips to get everything for me. Despite that, she remained positive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout.nnThis level of customer service is quite rare, and I was pleasantly surprised. Her willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. Walmart is fortunate to have an employee like Harmeet — with this kind of dedication and customer-first mindset, she has a very bright future ahead.
Joan at self-checkout was exceptional,warm, sharp,and made me feel like family.nAnd Satish,as always,continues to be a familiar,outstanding presence over the years.nThis is what great people at Walmart look like.
False advertising on the Chips at Walmart is a way too common scam they are doing. They advertise low prices for you to buy and pay more at the counter so that you get inconvenience to switch so you end up buying. I have had numerous issues with this Walmart in particular and specially today's manager Yusra was soo disrespectful that she was yelling at me in front of other customers. That the price of the chips is advertised. She said Doritos are not 3 for 11 but yet it also says for them it is 3 for 11. PleaseBEWARE and do not go to this Walmart unless it's a die hard emergency. I'll be suing them pretty soon for false advertising due to their past treatments of customers like this. She not only refused to change the price to as advertised but also spoke too disrespectfully to me in loud tone as if I'm saying something wrong. All I said is to charge what they advertised but she argues and says the other sticker is the right price. Well then why they have 2 different prices for the same item. It's not about saving a dollar or 2, it's about walmart ethics and policies. People like this ruin walmarts name and trust customers have that they honour what they advertise....see you in court as this is not the only time this has happened.
This has to be one of the worst Walmart store in the community. I went to this store because i had to return two items, i had receipts in my phone. When i showed it to the lady at the counter old lady with grey hair and tons of attitude she said she can’t accept it because it’s their policy. After speaking rudely she called the CSR present of duty, Dec 27 at 6pm. CSR came and said the same thing but somehow agreed to put the items on store credit. The total came to $53 $3 more because of which she said she can’t do it. She then gave lame excuses for why she is not able to complete the transaction.Meanwhile i had my toddler and an infant with me and this store’s staff can’t seem to put a hold on reciting their store’s policies and actually make an attempt to help a customer. This CSR also had zero Customer Service, stone cold expressions with rude voice. When i requested her to see if she can accommodate my request she ended up shouting on me. Such disturbing experience, i would never in my life would go back to this store due to their poor staff neither would recommend anyone else to go. But i guess the store won’t budge as long they are getting their sales in, no one cares about providing actual valuable customer service.nMay be try to incorporate customer service policies and train your staff on how to be genuinely customer friendly.nWORST WALMART STORE ALL BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THIS STORE huge signal of failed training, poor recruitment, and hiring non skilled workers who doesn’t even know why they are doing what they are doing except making money and going home.
