Dimple is most definitely the best person to deal with when shopping for a phone plan. She is the most efficient and reliable person to get great phone plan. Believe she deserves a great big raise for her outstanding work and dedication. I also think she would make a great store manager and help staff learn how to manage customers. Absolutely amazing 5star customer service!
Dimple is highly knowledgeable in electronics. She helped me cut my service bill by nearly half and even got me a brand-new phone. Definitely worth visiting!
I was first customer this morning to be served by a very friendly young lady Dimple in the electronics, specifically cell phone department. She made the process of replacing a broken phone relatively painless. Even as the line up behind me increased, she kept her focus on helping me only and not rushing through the process. I also really appreciated the $200 Walmart gift card that was part of the cell phone deal. Thanks a bunch Dimple!!!
Smaller Walmart but clean, organized and simple for a town of this size. They still had a lot of stock and options despite the smaller footprint. Never really seemed busy and they had more squishmallows than any other Walmart I’ve been to.nnI will say though the hours are a bit unfortunate. Where every other Walmart is about 11pm but this one seemed to be 9 or 10pm. Oh well, just a small issue
Many new staff are very much about themselves and not their customers. What happened to customer service? Staff no where in sight and it’s clear I need help going aisle to aisle. In no situation should a customer have to FIND a staff member like a game of hide and seek JUST to simply grab a product and get the heck out of there! Manager - This was near close on a Tuesday night for staff reference.
