Today I bought one of these squishmallows from this bin. It was supposed to be $22.97+ tax. Turns out I paid $34 dollars plus tax so I went to customer service and told me that I wasn’t able to get it for the $22.97. So I go back to the bin and look at the other squishmallows and they have ones that are $10 dollars $24 dollars in the exact same bin and they are all the same size pretty much but some reason they are all scanning different prices. I even went to the isle with other squishmallows and none of them costed more than $29 plus tax. The one I got was from the bin with the rest of them but I find this outrageous that they would not honour the price. I decided to just return the squishmallow because it was not worth $34 plus tax. Very disappointed with this Walmart.
Hi, I am just reaching out to you! I tried to buy a Frigidaire mini fridge today August 31st 2024! As well as i purchased $238 worth of groceries with it! Just to find out that price advertised was wrong on the shelf and the price was not $117.99 but the fridge was priced $259.99 i asked her the price scanned is wrong so she said the price advertised on the shelf is wrong so i was like thats not my fault instead of having three cashier on self check out talking to each other on one side have someone fix the price or at least award it cause it clearly not my fault i already purchased groceries worth almost $250.00 now i want to purchase the fridge as well cashier called an operation manager name KUSHAL! He came he said i cant do nothing he went and took another picture of another price tag which was underneath another fridge and told me thats the right price for the item you are purchasing i am like can you award the price cause clearly i am not at fault i want to buy! He is like no you can look elsewhere but i would not even reduce a $1 from that fridge! Bending and destroying walmart policies clearly! Making up his own policies! I was like ok I’ll go to costco and i did exactly that and bought a better fridge for $189.99 and costco takes anything back even after an year! And better service Not just he was heartless and clearly raised his voice front of other customers like not sure who made him operation manager! I would like to bring this issue to hire up head office in mississauga, ontario! Incident happened at kingston, walmart 1130 midland avenue! Thankyou for taking the time on reading this!
Not sure what's going on, but it seems to be that the Indian cashiers must feel like it's beneath them to pack your bags when checking out. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of not going through self checkout. Because every time I go through the normal check out and it's an Indian working they never pack my bags. Defeats the whole purpose. And just today I had on lose my bags I had given him. No apology or anything. Finished off checking me out and when I asked where my bags where he had to answer and couldn't care less. Didn't offer to replace my bags just started to check the next person out.nMight just switch to Food Basics from now on because this wal mart is garbage with garbage staff. Or switch to self checkout and price it how I want. Since Wal Mart now owes me money technically
Went to buy some baguettes today but the shelf was empty, so I asked one of the employees near by if there was anymore. Instead of telling me no, as most people would, she told me she could go make some more for me. I just wanted to say thank you to Julie from the bakery for stopping what she was doing to go make more baguettes for me.
I did a pick up order on Thursday evening, got home and most of the food was bad. I choose the option of not having other products if they were out. Well they did give me other products and they were expired. I live 45 minutes away so it's not like I could just go back and return them at 930 at night. This isn't the first time they screwed up. It will be my last time I ever get food there or order from them.nnI wouldn't recommend them.
