i had really terrible experience with cashier working name fagan or fagun. the guy has no patience and greeting skills at all. i went with my mother and she’s old, when she took little time by paying card and putting stuff away. that guy literally made face and rolled eyes. disgusting customer service and manners. i don’t think management even care that’s why i didn’t even go to manager and chose to put review here. management supposed to take some action to this kind of behaviour.
Employees in the back rummage through collectables and take anything worth value. The product doesn’t even hit sales floor. This is a huge problem at this Walmart. If management see this please investigate. What Your employees are doing is illegal.
Over priced for bedding and such. Still decent for food but honestly the selection has gone down and wanted 10 dolalrs for the grey version of the exact same watering the had advertised for 3 dollars. There was no price tag either stating 10 dollars in the isle. To be honest fowl lole they're failing at being low priced.
Im so tired of Walmart treating my customers like they don't deserve bags to put our customers orders in paper bags rip but charge 25. Cents for 5 bucks for plastic doable bag for heavy items.nCustomers service at Walmart forgetting we are shopping for our customers who like your store show some respect to loyalty of customers who are making your company rich a Customers is always Correct.
I had a really disappointing experience at the Walmart pickup area. The employees were rude and didn’t seem to have proper customer service skills. It’s part of their job to place the order in the trunk, but instead they just handed me the items and stood there waiting for me to load everything. They are getting paid for this service, so I expected basic professionalism and help. Walmart really needs to train their pickup staff better.
