Huge store. Not a fan of the setup. Not liking the self checkouts. Always busy and the few cashiers that are open are overwhelmed. Took forever to check out. Not a lot of space at the register area to put your bags, especially if you are doing a big shopping trip.nnI gave it 4 stars because the entire building was clean. The staff that were there, very friendly and willing to help.
Just had an excellent customer service moment with Eric! Helped me take 4 bags of softener salt to my car on his flat cart when I couldn't find one of my own. Nice fellow and much appreciated! Thanks Eric!
Sheenam and Kushal helped me with a lengthy return process. They were both so kind and patient, even though the holiday rush was in full swing. They deserve a raison for being calm under pressure and going above and beyond to help the people they deal with on a daily basis. A+ service!
This Boxing Week sale item is found at the same price as the original price. Although they said they marked 50% off discount, the price tag behind the boxing week ad tells you the truth.nnSeems like they do not have much staff working on Boxing Day. A lot of shelves even promotion shelves are empty. Some sections are just mess. Self-checkout machines are closed even though customers are lined up for checkout.
Um, I was wondering as to your online shopping strategies. Are your employees who do the shopping so weak that they can't pick up a t shirt larger than an XL or XXL and add it to the cart to be delivered along with the rest of the order? Like the size and colour are picked out and shows they are in stock, so how hard is really? But they either have to be shipped or picked up at the store. Which defeats the purpose of having a delivery in the first place. Some people do not have the means to actually get to the store to do the shopping needed, thus the reason for delivery in the first place. And the same for certain sizes of pet food. You have no problem delivering 7.5 kg bags of cat food, but 3.5kg have to be picked up or shipped. The 2 pack of beef knuckle bones for dogs, you won't deliver either but have no problem with delivering the large bone of one pack of the same product. What's the deal? There are several items that were not an issue to have added to the delivery order before, but now these items, as small and light as they are have become an issue? Aveeno anti itch with calamine lotion was not an issue to have added to the delivery a month ago and sent along with the rest of the order. But now, it's pick up at store or shipped. You make no sense. You are making money with the delivery fees. You are not losing anything in adding these products. If I could get to Walmart to do the shopping I would. We can't afford to cab it home with the amount of groceries we purchase through the online shopping every month with is more than $550, not to mention supplementing as needed. I think it is time to reevaluate your delivery policies.
