The customer service clerk working July 21 around 2:30 was nasty .. I wanted to return our tent because it leaked when it rained and she was rude about her responses denying a refund so I asked if I could at least get a gift card - I then asked for a manager who gave so many excuses - first reason is it isn’t “rain proof” so I had to show the obvious photo of the rain and read to him “weather protection” and then he tried saying it was over 30 days which again had to tell him it’s not even close to being 30 days, and then tells me it’s a seasonal item so they won’t return it but will let me exchange it .. why would I want another unreliable tent from them .. he also refused a gift card saying “only in special circumstances” .. I honestly should have asked for the store manager because he seemed so clueless and she as I said had to be the rudest person I’ve come across there. 0 customer service skills from her .. I’m in the store 3-4 times a week and I won’t be going back, her attitude lost them a loyal customer
Lost a star today Walmart... brutal parking lot that's completely snowed in and VERY dangerous. The dry foods section is also an absolute mess with grossly long aisles way too narrow for shopping. These renovations seem to be taking WAY too long...nnNot Super Yet... mid renovations right now. Everything. Everywhere. All at once... Departments are getting switched to new areas in the store - almost regularly. Tough to find things in the store right now. Hopefully this extended construction will result in a positive change for the store...
The cheapest place in town to get groceries, which is good--only thing is, they don't have baskets for customers, and the carts are inaccessible unless you have a loonie on you. Really difficult to carry my stuff around store--dropped things and embarrassed myself multiple times.nnWhat made me want to leave a review though is while I was scrambling to put my items in my bag after paying, I was approached closely by an employee trying to do a sales pitch that was already on the computer. It was extremely stressful because I felt overwhelmed already and did not want to hold the line up. I understand it's their job but the timing was really bad
A very clean and well arranged store.nAppear to have so many inventory or items that are scare at other Walmart stores.nThe self checkout makes shopping easier and faster.nFree Parking is available for various categories of customers.
Don’t expect to get good customer service at our store people. I bought a printer and ink and brought it home and my husband happened to get our old printer working and he opened the box of ink but realized it wasn’t the right kind he didn’t open the ink seal cartridge- just the box so that evening- the same day! I went back to return the new printer I purchased and exchange the ink for the right kind our printer needed. The lady at customer service was named Dixie and she refused to return it because the box was opened and I explained to her that electronics didn’t tell me it wasn’t exchangeable after just opening the box when the cartridge was still sealed and still sellable. But she refused. I asked for a manager and she called and told them the box was open and they said no. I told her “you didn’t tell them that the cartridge wasn’t open though” and she said “it doesn’t matter, it’s still opened” and I said I’d like to speak to the manager myself then. This nice guy in another yellow vest came into the conversation and he called the manager and he came down to speak to me. The manager listened to me and took one look at the ink box and looked at the cartridge seeing it’s sealed still and said “we can absolutely exchange it for you”. I am disgusted as to how I was treated by Dixie and will refuse to deal with her if she’s working customer service and I will request someone else from now on. If you see her, ask for someone else because she is rude and ruthless.
