The greeter are always friendly compare to the cashier. Some just look not happy to be there. It’s hard to find help when your looking for an item. The Mc Donald are nice and clean. There’s a few item that are out of stock. Not much of a selection for baby. The self checkout are never clean.
Good luck finding a shopping Cart on Saturday Here's some notes to improve on: Get some extra shopping carts...we have to go outside and wait to find a cart. Grocery bags to put fruits in, rip easily. Waiting 45 min to do a return, and line ups no extra cashiers
Wierdest policy Website price and instore price are different They dont honour website price instore on items. Monday 04-Oct-2022 the website indicated a regular price of 318$ with a rebate of 259$ and the Lawnmover price was 59$ for 11A-H8S5516 Spoke to the lady at cash and she went to see a supervisor. The supervitoldprofessionally clearly told me the truth that website price and instore prices/sale prices are different and Walmart does not honour it. I had the item in my hands and the website link proof with the upc number/model number. The female Supervisor went to see the female mamager and the female manager said to the supervisor something I didnt hear. The supervisor just said that the lawn mover price on website can't be honored instore. I should order online. Unfortunately due to their inventory not being up to date, I couldn't buy it online, it said out of stock at this location even though I had the item in my hands at the cash counter. I should have taken a print screen of the website which I forgot and the following day the prices were updated on the website. FYI the Lady at the cash and the supervisor both treated me professionally and with respect. They felt uncomfortable and unease about the fact they couldnt help me. Manager didnt come and see me. She was busy placing stock and let her supervisor handle the situation.

If you're looking for a one-stop shop that has everything you need, then Walmart Supercentre is the place for you. They have a wide selection of groceries, electronics, clothing, and home goods, all at very reasonable prices. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Walmart Supercentre to anyone who's looking for a great all-around shopping experience.
I made a purchase this morning, paid for fast delivery and the system says my purchase was delivered. Which so far has not happened. I live in an apartment and no deliveries are in the entrance hall, I always received them at my door. I didn't receive any phone, or contact from the concierge to notify about my order. I applied for a refund on the website. I want my money back, as I needed this purchase by 12 pm and had to make the purchase at another supermarket. This is a very serious error. Put a status of delivered, and the customer has not received it. And I can't wait all day! I paid for fast delivery, this is a lack of customer consideration. I have always had great experiences with Walmart, but today I am very disappointed. I wouldn't complain if I didn't need it at the time I requested.
Walmart Laval has friendly staff and reasonable prices. Apart from the large selection of fresh produce and goods, there are also a number of coffee houses and affordable eateries on the premises. Something for all tastes. A convenient venue to do your shopping as buses stop right in front of the Supercentre and there is a very large parking lot as well. I was quite surprised by how helpful they were at the pharmacy and the respect they showed to their customers. All in all, a great experience.
Selling junk products. Bought 10 audio splitters online they refuse to return and provide credit after 30 days even though they are all going defective. Told to contact online number. Endless loop of people saying they'll call back and they never do. Hours wasted on the phone. Still no help. Told to go in store and in store they tell me to call the online number. Never buying there again. I suggest you do the same
Full parking lot in the middle of the afternoon yet no cashiers in sight. Customer service doesn't help. Finding an available cart is a mission of itself cause they don't bring them back. They clearly don't care about their customers.
Their photo printing machine is not working. Walmart headquarters is aware but the people working locally didn’t seem to know. Luckily for them, I made a “next-day photos delivery” purchase online and 3 next days later, when the guy at the counter could not explain why my photos were not ready, I escalated to Walmart headquarters to get my money back and learn that the Chomedey Walmart photos printing machine is broken. You’re welcome!
