Great friendly staff work at this store. Sara, Christine, Karen and Morgan in the self checkout area are especially kind and helpful. With Russ always stalking shelves, while Joanne and Tracy greet customers arriving through the front doors. The hard working cart retrievers put up with all kinds of weather to make sure carts are available for customers. There are so many staff I don't know, but I always see them busy trying hard to make sure customers have products available. The ladies that do the online shopping orders always share a smile and friendly hello. I've been shopping at this store since it opened and its obvious why I continue to do so. Keep up the good work and thanks for all you do!
Went on Black Friday to get one of the tv's that were on sale. Customer service was kind enough to hold the tv until I returned with a vehicle large enough to transport the item home. However on my way out, after showing the receipt to customer service, I was accused of stealing the tv by one of the Walmart employees. Even after presenting the receipt for a second time stating it had been paid for earlier that day, and providing the name of the employee that checked me out, the lady at the front told me I was lying. Rude and unprofessional, will not be returning.
After work I went to Walmart with my sister and my niece10 Months old. After billing my sister found there is a difference in price on the invoice that one we found on the price tag. Then i went inside again and took a picture of all items 2 items which they took extra money. We went to the customer service desk and had a terrible experience. The associate went inside again and agreed with me after checking himselfwhich took 15 mins. Then he called manager and we waited another 15mins for her to arrive. Then she waited for his associate to complete dealing with another customer to train him on how to return items and adjust pricing, which took them another 20 mins. All this time my they saw me and my sister having a hard time. They totally disrespected our time. We waited for almost 1 hour for their mistake and they even made stuffs slow even after I asked the associate to make stuffs faster. Hope stuffs improve.
It's a Walmart what can I say. It's a Walmart . One of the things I like about Walmart is how easy we can return items we buy at any Walmart store even without a receipt. We noticed in the U.S. that they just check the card you used and verify instantly when you bought the item. In Canada not so easy. But they don't give us a hassle. "ALTHOUGH WE'VE NEVER CHEATED ON ANY RETURNS ",I'D JUST AS SOON NOT TRY!! WE really like shopping for food stuffs and my wife for Bathing suits. Especially since the gas costs so much, too much to go all over a small town looking for deals. Walmart very seldom has not got what we need.
This is a very good walmart. The staff are very friendly and help out. I would recommend to come to this store.
Small place compared to others but nice staff and lots of parking. Self check out has lots of space to lay down items. Has a bunch of vegan items as well but I didn’t see any vegan yogurts when I was there.
The manager at this store tries very hard to keep people happy. Keeping things stocked is the biggest challenge for this location. They see business from a large surrounding area. If there is something that is not there ask for it. I'm sure they will get it for you if they can. Stay safe!
We met a young man named Stephen, your employee, at the self-checkout area. It was a busy day and he was hustling to clean stations and greet customers. He was always friendly, polite and especially helpful when needed. He's a keeper!
I would just like to shout out an amazing emoyee. I believe her name is Paige after quickly glancing at her nametag. I was in a hurry buy underwear for my daughter and couldn't remember my husband's pin. She noticed we were in a hurry and offered to pay for them. She was so encouraging and kind. Thank you so much for being so kind to us!
If you are going to put out specials in a flyer, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE STOCK !!!!! Went in for 4 items and only got 1 Poor management when it comes to inventory control. Life long residents of the area. We spent years in customer service and inventory control and this store is not very well managed. Not pleased. Was better when it first opened but do not go there much anymore.
