I visit this store at least once a week! The women’s washroom is disgusting! The handicap stall has been out of order for weeks as well as one other stall! It is messy and dirty! Someone is not doing their job or management doesn’t care!
Overnight RV parking. Very clean and quiet. So nice to be able to get a good night sleep and feel safe doing so. The convenience of re-stocking supplies is an added bonus... Thank you Wal-Mart for allowing us to park and have a safe overnight stay.
I need to buy a memory card for my switch this morning. So I went to this walmart to buy. The alarm didn't go off when I walked right through the door. I headed to the electronics counter to complete the purchase process. And then when I leaving by the cash path, The alarm blared. I showed my receipt to the cashier. When she finished scanning, the alarm continued to scream. So I headed to the client area and waited for the manager to arrive. The manager arrived shortly and I showed her what I had. But the alarm remains. She thinks it may be that some items have not been demagnetized before. But the rest of my stuff wasn't from walmart. And there was no noise when I walked in. After finishing her investigation she didn't think I was in any trouble, even though the alarm was still going off. All this made me feel very embarrassed. In any case, the Staff escorted me out of walmart to avoid further trouble, which was appreciated. In general, every time when I go into walmart to buy something in a separate area, such as the electronics section or the shoes section. Alarms always get people into a lot of trouble when they are leaving. I will consider to avoid buying products from separate areas in Walmart, so as not to fall into this embarrassing situation again.
Nobody’s available for help ridiculous staff, zero customer service. Lady on self checkout way to rude. Need to terminate her. Plus racist staff I asked for help to pickup the dresser and supervisor said she doesn’t have any employees for help. And after some time i saw one employee helping lady while carrying this much big mirror.
There is plenty of clothes for all genders and sizes. They really oftenly have very cheap clothes on sale all the time. They do have changing rooms that are available. There is food,toys,bicycles and tools.
I pity anyone that needs to get something from any of the locked cabinets. For over an hour I've tried to get a staff member to help me, but they're more interested in shooing me away so they can chat. Then their concern is getting me to leave. God forbid you listen when I ask "hey, can you help me?" Guess I'll buy my controllers online since y'all clearly don't want me spending money in your store.
Walmart Brockville Abby manager Aug 27th,2022. She is a great manager as i spent nearly $3000. In the store on clothes an had a cart full, I asked for a second cart an the cashier said sry we don't go get carts and I had alot in purchases an 2 children with me ,I was not happy to hear that after hrs of shopping , with 2 children and was spending alot money as always in this store . I demanded a cart an expressed that I found in that moment there was very bad customer service. Considering what I was spending towards walmart that was not right. I was considering not bothering with thousands of dollars in purchases but I changed my mind when Abby, came along with cart . Thank you! Abby, I hope you can understand an forgive my quick tongue . The store picked it right to have you as manager. I hope you can live up to the duties it brings to the future , cuz customers like myself need people like you. The store needs you to save the big spenders like me. Way to got Abby! Manager from walmart Brockville .
The self checkout is a pain in the butt and there are not enough cashiers to go around. I feel really bad for the people responsible for running the self checkouts. They have no protection from covid and are doing the job of 10x cashiers. Bet that came with a great raise...... They move the shelves around too often too, makes it impossible to find anything. That being said, it's clean enough for a Walmart, the shelves are often stocked well enough the parking lot is a dangerous nightmare, prices are not bad but not really any better than other budget grocery stores. A little bit of everything. I bet if employees unionized they wouldn't be stretched so thin.
Staff was very helpful and nice . And the store is always so clean and neat.
8 out of 10 times I go in I get overcharged on something. Today it was $3.05 on one item. I only had 10 items.
