Why not changing branch name to saying Walmart India, because %90 of workers are Indians. You can imagine the service quality.nnEmployers are caring cheap employee payments but not focusing on service quality or customer satisfaction.nnWhat about giving jobs to local Belleville people? Are you considering it?

They need to figure out to write the price of groceries in the shelves. Lately, I haven't seen the price tag in lot of their items. They are simply missing. Please fix this problem. Its a huge burden to not know the price of item you're trying to buy.

Train your staff, especially the old ladies working there, to speak to the customers as well as to the other staff soft & polite irrespective of the race.nThese old ladies works there under pressure & frustration will be throwing that up to the fellow customers.

Over the past year the store has become increasingly run down. Aisles are often difficult to get down due to employees blocking them while they fill phone-in orders. Additionally, most staff have little knowledge of where things are and seldom will help you look for it. Place looks like a dump on the weekend.

My experience in the pharmacy has been terrible. I call and get told incorrect information, I get told the pharmacy is closed when there’s still several minutes left.nnI never get notifications saying my prescriptions are ready and after 3 business days they still aren’t ready to be picked up?nnI also get terrible customer service and treated as if I’m a piece of trash by those working behind the pharmacy counter. Quite frankly it’s disgusting conduct and absolutely poor work ethic.nnObviously my wellbeing and health doesn’t matter at wal-mart so I’ll take my healthcare needs elsewhere and my grocery needs as well.nnBellevilles walmart is disgusting and the people running it should be ashamed. Since when is customer service supposed to include non-stop narcissism.
