Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had.nnToday March 14th 2025 came in, picked out some air fresheners that were on sale, to be charged regular amount $12.97. When brought to customer service, with a picture, the customer service rep wouldn’t honor. Don’t worry they were the same product as advertised on the shelf, I just got my money back.nnIt’s really time Spruce Grove Walmart figure their prices out and quit ripping people off, I’ve also reported to consumer services over this garbage.nnI know it’s one thing, big deal, but it adds up. Won’t be back!
Honestly an overall bad experience. I had to get out of my car just to move carts to access a handicap parking spot for my mother. Then when we got in the place is messy and low or no stock of any items. I could not even find any pre-made popcorn. Than the cherry om top is a 15min or more wait in line to check out. All on a regular Tuesday night.
My intial review was much too harsh and rash. However, extremely frustrating that Walmart has a third party company selling out of their location without making sure the service is good. 1 person to service a department in such a large store, where there's extra cash registers that could be used, and during peak busy time for a department store.
I was appalled to see that this is the corn they are selling or not selling as nobody will buy it. Also, I went to use the washroom in the back corner and there was a pretty offensive odor long before even getting to the washrooms. This store has gone downhill in the last several months.
On this visit to Walmart, I purchased two 5lb weight plates, some High Liner beer battered fish fillets, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Enfamil formula Step 1, 663gcoupon from Enfamil used!. I was glad to see that Walmart had some cheap weights available again, as seen in my photos. Thanks for bringing back more Go Zone dumbbells and no brand weight plates Spruce Grove Walmart. One negative thing to mention is that there was someone who snuck a cigarette on the back bench by the washrooms. They got caught by the staff soon after.
