This was the beef section yesterday afternoon. I do know that beef is not always bright red!! But it's pretty bad looking only 1 has a discount price on it and it all looked like that.nnNot very appealing or appetizing for the price
Price says one thing on shelf and then is higher at till on many products. Weight of products are lighter than what is shown on sticker. Some workers act like customers should get out of their way. They have three workers in self serve and 1 regular till open with a line up. I can keep going! I only buy there if I think I can save money on certain products. They don't deserve my money..
I haven’t had the greatest luck with customer service here, normally it’s somebody who doesn’t seem to want the job… but I was shopping this weekend with my daughter, and the cashier • Charlie • was so sweet, she chatted with me, and my daughter and could actually hold a conversation, and on top of it all??? She packed my bags… and to perfection too. Thank you so much Charlie! You won’t be a cashier for long though, your type of personally will fly you to the top of wherever you want to be!
We have been Walmart shoppers for over 40+ years ... first intro was in USA. When Walmart came to Canada we have remained regular customers. We moved to Spruce Grove 2 years ago & shop at the local WM for all our needs...especially groceries and 99% of everything else. We met the store manager, Randy, shortly after we arrived here. He is outstanding & is always willing to assist us in any way needed. The store staff are also wonderful. This store is a pleasure to shop at & we always feel respected & appreciated! Sincere thanks to Randy & his staff. Keep up the great job you all do!
Horrible customer service. Was trying to buy a headset in the electronics and entertainment department. Had walmart employee Bri helping us. This employe seemed annoyed when we had asked for assistance. We were told that they did not have stock of this item. When we asked for a stock check at another location , it was like pulling teeth. She had multiple excuses why it couldn't be done, first one was the app was down, second was that she took the tag down and couldn't scan it. We asked to get the make and model number of the headset so we could call a different location ourselves. She proceeded to write down the name on a receipt but did not provide the model number or the walmart number.
