Like a flashback to 2001, when I was still a Kmart shopper, walking into a major retailer and only filling 1/2 my list. I have not been in a Walmart for a number of years, but he grocery section was full of outs, or entire shelves being filled to look full. An entire shelving unit filled with 2 kind of generic cooking oils, no selection and name brands are near empty or totally nonexistent. I did find the Wesson oil, on the bottom shelf, behind a side-stack. The staff was really working there hearts to keep it going. Everyone was very nice, and wanted to help. I was not the only frustrated customer, yet I am not a daily shopper. This has to be really difficult when all other shopping was knocked out , by the of the Walmart. It was a busy afternoon, and the store seams quite comfortable to what I deal with at my preferred shopping choice.
Horrible experience every time I go here! Managers are useless, the cashiers are mostly rude! They herd you in like cattle, to steal your money! The deals posted, are not available in store! More often than not, you have to have do price overrides! The managers are too busy standing around doing nothing. If I could rate zero I would! Spend your money elsewhere, or take the time to go to the heights, customers should be treated better than this! At least 20 cameras on you, yet ask to see your receipt at the door? Why are you treating people who spend their hard earned money as thieves?
Had to go buy a new car battery for our daughter at the Billings, MT West End location. The two gentleman working at 7pm on 12/20 in the Auto Area were both INCREDIBLE!! WIsh I would have gotten both of their names. One had a nick name of OBI-WAN- Both SO helpful especially as busy as they both were with the extreme cold snap and last minute shoppers they were also assisting. THANK YOU for your excellent help tonight!!
We visit Walmart a few times a week for various reasons. We have never had any problems. We actually prefer the self checkout because the lines are shorter and even if there is a bit of a line, with the number of self checkouts it goes fast.
Don't like self checkout! It was always welcoming to visit with checker and appreciated the personnel inquiring if I found everything. Personnel working the floor always seemed to be visiting for an extended period of time and I would get tired of waiting!
Absolutely the worst Walmart and management team in Montana. A true clown show. Every time I order from there they refuse to fulfill my order every single time. They say they don’t have it and either my sister or my self go in and see they do have said item this time refused to give me the 34 pack of water I ordered probably because the employees are so lazy they can’t even carry a case of water. Then when call you tell management about these issue every single time they don’t care and say the item is out of stock, only for me to find said item on the shelves.
I like stopping here is the only place here in Williston North Dakota Deborah teen actually the best part is you ever liquor and wine next door that's where I would get all my vodka my wine my Coronas so yes it's really nice clean Place Regional price to the people that work there very friendly I like it
Went around 6:30PM. Stood in line for a self checkout for about 10 minutes, and then as soon as we were next, they closed the section of registers. We were standing right next to an employee the whole time, who could have let us know that the registers were going to be closing, instead of us wasting our time. We then spent 40 more minutes waiting in a very long line, that just kept getting longer and longer, like all the other few lines they had open. It was ridiculous.
It's your average Walmart. Not enough cashier's during holiday season so lines at the check out stations are out of this world. Fairly good selection of grocery and clothing items. Decent, average Walmart supercenter.
I have servere anxiety and ptsd. And this dirt bag security guard tried to make it seem like I was stealing when he literally saw me walk into the store with my item. His name is Manuel!! I TOLD him he was being rude to me and his exact words were "i dont care". I tried to walk back out and he forced me to STAY in the store. Would not let me walk out!!! I had to walk out with a walmart worker with my own dang item that I had purchased days before hand. All I was trying to do was exchange my air purifier for a TRUE HEPA!!!i was instructed by a previous security guard at the lawn and garden entrance! So i left out the lawn and garden side like the security guard said to do and went in the doors by the pharmacy and thats where manuel stopped me. Because of this incident , I will not ever go back to Walmart. I reported the matter to Walmart and securitas.
