I want to sincerely thank Kishori Lal for his honesty and excellent customer service at Walmart. On a rainy day, I accidentally left my umbrella behind. Kishori Lal found it and was taking it to Customer Service so it could be returned to its owner. His kindness, integrity, and willingness to help made a big difference. Employees like him truly make the shopping experience better. Thank you, Kishori Lal, for going above and beyond!
Although I don't really go to this Walmart location often I do go once in a while for a change of scenery or when I can't find something at one of my local Vaughan Walmart locations. It seems to have ample parking and the store is not overly crowded or busy for that matter. You can find most things there that you would find at any other Walmart, but as I said earlier, you can sometimes find items that are not available or in stock at some other stores. The staff have always been polite, friendly, and helpful when I have been there and I can usually get in and out pretty quickly if I want to. So why am I not giving it a five star rating? Well, because I find some of the sections to be in a bit of disarray, a little messy or disorganized if you will. However I must say that the bathrooms are very clean! Overall I like it and I think it's a pretty good Walmart. Oh BTW, I especially like the little section when you come into the store by the entrance where they have a little section set up with indoor plants, nice touch! Overall a good store and a good experience!
Great location! Cleaner than the other locations everything is organized and available as per signs ! Inventory of this Walmart is more than what you find in Brampton locations! They also have a subway location within the store that is a great alternative to McDonald’s
I am Uber grocery. I came to Walmart at bolton. I had three customers to shop. One of the customers wanted baby formula. It was locked in a cabinets. I waited half an hour for the staff to open the cabinet. My time was wasted and my customers was complaining being slow. The Walmart had short of staff but it's not fair for us. Our job was affected by their short of staff or their ignorance.
This is too the Walmart Pharmacy Staff at Walmart Bolton Supercenter, you guys do an amazing job dealing with customers, always polite, courteous and extremely helpful. A great group of people, so friendly.. Keep up the great work!!!
