My experience was with Lindsy Mcnicoll at her previous place of employment. She was great at answering calls and returning emails and messages. But wad far too timid in a court room or mediation. She failed to speak up when she should have. She was clearly intimidated by the judge or opposing counsel, as she failed to bring up important points and stuttered though her words when speaking hardly above a whisper. Not something you want to see from a lawyer that you paid good money for who is supposed to be protecting your child in a family court setting.
I was so disappointed with this firm, the commercials look great but the lawyer I had did not even try to win my case, if she would've looked into the matter more, I might have had a chance
Everyone there is nice and they care.
This I not a law firm you hire if you want to win.
