I have been a customer of Wallace storage center for well over 10 years now and the Williamston company is run and managed by some of the nicest and most professional people you would ever want to meet.Being based in a small town close knit community really shows and is much appreciated someone like me (4 time late stage breast cancer survivor with severe nerve damage and debilitating bone & joint pain from a botched clinical trial) With flights of stairs to get to their office to make a payment in person,I would always call when I got there and someone would be right down to accept my payment without me even having to get out of the car! During the times I was hospitalized for an extended period and missed a due date,they were very understanding and never made me feel bad for being late. Their units are clean and well kept,located just outside of Grand Ledge not far from Okemos so it is within easy driving distance from each! Units are well lit with security and a nighttime locked fence. I would recommend Wallace to anyone needing a nice clean safe storage facility or one of their incredible "Go Mini" units you take home and store your stuff there! a 5 star business in my book!
