Love this hospital ... everyone is always so friendly ... but I have always found this in all hospitals ...
Yesterday I had surgery with Dr Joseph McKenna and his capable team. From beginning to end the experience was a positive one. The operating nursing staff were kind, patient, detail oriented and very professional. I must especially recognize Dana & Janet who demonstrated such a calm and reassuring manner. Thank you Dr McKenna. I feel very confident that I will have a much better nasal breathing sy.sysystem
Every nurse was outstanding and went above and beyond for me. I felt genuinely cared for by everyone that I came in contact with, from the moment I walked in until I was settled into my car following my procedure. She even “buckled me in”. Thank you
Given the current COVID-19 situation, there was good organization with initial questioning and friendly, helpful staff. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but not bad. Glad to have the hospital to support my parents!
I had a bit of a wait to be seen by a doctor but it was a busy night for them and a booboo on my finger was low priority. Everyone was friendly, professional, and caring. I was in and out in a relatively short time.
