Walgreens Pharmacy

Horrible service I have issues every single month getting meds. Some staff is great and I feel bad for them, but some staff has absolutely no clue what they're doing and more times than not those are the ones I deal with.

If you depend on medications to maintain your health, then DO NOT use Walgreens Pharmacy in Rice lake Wi. They say they offer 2 day express delivery but when you dont recieve your medication after a wk. They don't care and also offer no help in finding out what happen to them, where there at or when and if you will even get them! They had no answers an went as far as hanging up on me when i requested to speak to a manager/supervisor. They do not care that your now out of the medications, because of THERE ERROR and that the medications state not be missed or stopped abruptly! The only thing they could say and kept saying over an over an over, is that some how this was my fault that i hadnt recieved them yet and it must of been something i did! Eventually i did find out they hadnt even been shipped out until 4 days after they sent me a tex saying they were shipped! This was not the first time this happened. It's happened every time when using there delivery system. So BEWARE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH PLEASE GO SOME WHERE ELSE! I have never in all my years EVER been talked to or treated the way these people at this pharmacy treated me!!!!

Every time I go to get a prescription after being called saying it’s ready go wait in line for 20 min for them to tell me it’s not ready so they say ready in 10 but go back in line and wait again Unreal
