Walgreens Pharmacy

This is not a review on the employees who are doing the best they can. Corporate set up the pharmacy to fail by understaffing them while trying to offer a full suite of services. I had to wait more than half an hour past my vaccine appointment time and there's only one person behind the counter able to manage customers. All the other pharmacist were frantically trying to get anything they could get done. For the pharmacists' sake, get your medicine and care elsewhere if you can.

Pharmacy staff name Rene is very rude to customer. I understand her works are overwhelming but no excuses to disrespect customers who just need their medications. She needs to learn how to deal with own frustration not to take our on clients

It's just the lines are so long, especially pharmacy and some prices are beyond crazy but MOST of the staff are friendly and helpful. There's no reason the prices need to drop and would be much better.

During the day it’s busy understaffed, now night is real bad, There is junkies leaning against the building sleeping, not much anyone can do just have to be mindful going in at night alone

I was just there today for a scheduled appointment for the covid vaccine. The young girl who I registered with was alright at first... I told her that I can't find my mass health card or my other insurance card and she said that's okay. That I can still get the vaccine. Then she asked me a lot questions said that they had no record of my past flu shot but had all my other information. Then asked me to take a seat I waited for 20 mins. Then she called me to say they can't give it to me because .... she doesn't want to do the paperwork. And she just wanted to beat around the bush she or they refused me. I hope that girl cause I know your gonna read this I'm gonna do hail Mary that you lose your job. Have great day.

I'm suing this pharmacy for allowing its workers to not wear gloves when they are packing medicine. My parents saw that with their own eyes. The person who was on the counter opened other patient medicine bottle and filled it with his bare hands no gloves no nothing. He didn't even wash his hands after using the counter nor used a hand sanitizer. Sham on you! This is unethical practice and should be reported! I'm disgusted with this place.

The employee talking bad with the customer and not trying to help us when we ask about any item the same in the pharmacy laughing about my questions and not trying to solve my problems

I go here all the time! Its opened 24hr/7days a week! The staff is very friendly & extremely helpful! If there's a product that's out of stock, they let me know when to expect it will be in again. The pharmacy is also amazing too! From the pharmacist to the pharmacy techs, when ever l need something or have a question about my medication they take the time to explain it to me.

Convenient spot, very big so it's always easy to find what you're looking for but if not there is great staff there that only waiting to help you! Great service.

Their pharmacy is first class. Always helpful & they go above & beyond to help you with the insurance despite being extremely busy. Keep up the great work!
