Walgreens Pharmacy

My wife had surgery yesterday at Yale New Haven Hospital. The hospital sent in her prescriptions to Walgreens. 16 hours later the prescriptions had not been filled. When speaking with the folks at Walgreens, they said there was a problem with the prescription. We called the insurance company who said there is no problem. The insurance company called Walgreens and got hung up on. They finally got through and were told that the Walgreens needed to confirm with the doctor. Even though they told me that they it had been rejected by Walgreens. We are working on getting this addressed, but strongly recommend against getting prescriptions from this Walgreens.

Need to do a bit better with the wait time

Today 12- 13- 2021 I arrived at the pharmacy at 6:30, and it was closed, although the pharmacy is closed at 7 o'clock ... My mother needed antibiotics ... This is not true.

The store itself is fine. But drive thru terrible 2cars in front of me 20 minutes later still waiting.

Very neat store. They have very good deals on discounted prices. When shopping look for the Orange tagged items for big savings.
